I did like the staffs are very kind and helpful also friendly.

Cons:

For the money, the room was not worth it at all. There is no handsoap to wash the hand in the wastafel. The sink and the area were not clean at all. The toilet was not really clean at all, it seems all of them are super old! Even i had experienced two times of blackout around 3am in the morning. The Wifi also not really appears.

Convenient location and ok for the price you pay
Pros:

Liked the location and convenience. Reception staff were exceptional and friendly. Restauarant and room service staff not that great. Good place for short stay. Food at restaurant was ok. Breakfast was ok too - not sure why they are rated low for breakfast. They served ceraweal, eggs with toast or local cuisine.

Cons:

Room service staff were rude. Ordered a coffee as they do not provide coffee / tea in room. This is a small step which can be improved. Order took over 45 minutes to get to the room. Showerhead stuck between toilet and sink .... meant the floor was wet,wet, wet after the first shower.

Great for a Short Stay
Pros:

We arrived quite early and asked whether it's possible to check in early and since the room is available, we were able to. Thank you so much for the consideration! Many local eateries nearby, we love it! (but cleanliness is questionable). Great, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is okay.

Cons:

There's no IndoMaret or AlphaMart nearby, but we were able to get snacks and bottled drinks with the local grocer. The bathroom door cannot be locked and it's glass so whatever business you did WILL be heard.
