Local lindo, mas precisa muito melhorar.

O hotel é incrível, local de beleza absoluta… conectado com a praia, muito bem decorado, quarto confortável . Bom café da manhã. Internet suficiente.
Porém, o atendimento é muito ruim… Os funcionários são muito mal treinados, não sabem tirar dúvidas sobre coisas básicas como horários, cardápio, etc.
Os funcionários não olham para os clientes, sequer dão um bom dia. No geral o nordeste costuma ser tão acolhedor, mas lá destoou muito das nossas experiências em outros locais.
Muitas das vezes quando damos um bom dia, sequer respondem ou, quando nos respondem, são frios. Para piorar na hora do check-out ainda pediram uma gratificação de 10% Do valor total da hospedagem. Neguei pois fui mal atendido….Vergonhoso.
De qualquer forma, o hotel é lindo. E esses pontos podem ser consertados.

Excellent malgré ces petits détails facilement corrigeables
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait, le jardin luxuriant, le calme ainsi que le petit déjeuner d’une grande qualité

Cons:

La chambre est un peu spartiate, elle manque de déco pour être vraiment agréable. Et bien sûr, le personnel un peu froid qui surtout ne parle ni anglais ni espagnol.

Devido as plantas que tomaram conta da Praia da Concha, não foi como planejamos, pois queríamos tranquilidade, e acabamo

Amplo, confortável e com bastante claridade.

Cons:

Do chuveiro que é isolado do vaso sanitário, o que é ótimo, mas ao tomar banho a água entrava dentro do quarto, sendo necessário colocar toalhas na porta e depois ficar secando. Erro de construção, onde ralo fica no centro e a água facilmente escoa por baixo da porta onde a soleira está no mesmo nível. Deveriam consertar isso.
Infelizmente não conseguimos aproveitar a praia das Conchas nenhum dia pois o rio trazia plantas e tomou toda a praia, mesmo com limpeza quase todos os dias com muito barulho dos escavadores.

Muito bom, mas pode melhorar
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, super bem localizado de frente para a praia da concha. O restaurante tem uma ótima variedade de pratos e tudo bem gostoso. Café da manhã excelente. A piscina também é ótima.

Cons:

Eu esperava uma cama mais top pelo preço do hotel. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Um dia deixaram somente 1 toalha, no outro dia não deixaram sabonete e shampoo. Pela infraestrutura do hotel poderia ter uma sauna e uma academia.

Great, great, great stay!
Pros:

We had a great stay! It’s beautifully designed, a tropical oasis and you can clearly see it was very well thought in minimal details! The food is outstanding and absolutely spend every penny in their lunch/dinner options as well as cocktails. Their own massage “Aldeias” is exceptional and was an unforgettable experience! Considering the level of delivery, the hotel is not cheap, but the pricing is very aligned with the quality provided!

Cons:

In the restaurant, the staff were not always very attentive when it came to placing orders or checking whether everything was well and if anything else was needed. The tables have a bell system to call service, but we weren’t sure whether it was functioning properly, as pressing the button did not consistently result in someone coming to assist us.

One additional note:
At checkout, a service charge was proposed and calculated by the property. While it was not mandatory and we value and respect good service, it felt unexpected after already paying a premium rate that we naturally assumed included service.

This detail does not take away from the fact that the hotel itself is excellent, it was just an unexpected situation after what had otherwise been a flawless experience. It is a beautiful place that delivers on what it promises at every level. It’s simply something to be aware of when settling the final bill.

O hotel é excelente, todo o pessoal muito prestativo, cordial e educado. Sempre alegres.

Principalmente as áreas comuns. Restaurante, piscina, jardins maravilhosos

Cons:

O dormitório que ficamos não era confortável. Um armário muito pequeno, não tinha espaço adequado para duas malas, o banheiro muito pequeno

Que no haya dispenser de agua fría, para servirse agua en algunos momentos del día, por el calor. Y mejoraría la espera al solicitar comidas en el restaurante, porque me pareció por momentos excesivo.
