The staff was the cutest i ever had. They were so helpful even in the very late evening. They even asked if everything was fine.
Everything was clean and the hotel looked very beautiful and cared for. It was no problem to check-in late. The location was great. They even had a microwave in the lobby.
I didn‘t get any key for the room or the locker (but it is a common thing here in central vietnam) and the staff asked me if its ok for me. The beds/matresses in the dorm are very hard. The bathroom (two dorms a sharing one) is outside the room, however you can hear everything trough the roomdoor, so it was the same if it had been in the room. The ac was constantly running on 26 degrees and the remote control is not in the room. So it was very hot in the room and you have to ask the staff if you want to change something with the ac.

Facilities were excellent - free drinking water, balcony, lovely clean room. The very smiley Ha Sinh at reception very kindly let us use towels to get a shower just before our night train.
The mini fridge in the room didn’t work and there was only a tiny pan to cook with in the kitchenette (though we didn’t mention this to reception - I reckon they would have helped if we had). Without these issues the place would be a 10/10 stay.

El hotel estaba muy sucio y descuidado, el servicio de limpieza no hacía un trabajo a fondo en los baños y en las habitaciones o en la recepción... Zona de cocina, donde los huéspedes prepararnos un sándwich, estaba continuamente sucia.
Hostel is in good location. It beds are comfy with nice blankets. Wifi was great and fast. Showers and bathroom were clean as well. Other guest wasn't loud like some others I been to. If ever in Da Nang again I would stay again.
Everything was fine. I like the hostel very much.

The only thing good about the property was how close it was to everything.
You could barely breathe in the bedroom, there is no windows even though the photos show you have one. No air flow in the room, the toilet wouldn’t flush, had to carry a 16kg bag up 5 flights of stairs without any help. and when we went to check out we nearly got charged a “late fee” because the owner wasn’t at her reception desk.
Great location, quiet place and extremely friendly staff en big room. The room had a tiny terrace where I could fit just one chair, but it was a nice bonus.
There was a musty smell in the room since the bathroom didn't have a great ventilation system. Opening the door to the terrace helped a bit.
Veldig vennlig personell, hyggelig område, egen mikrobølgeovn, romslig, og gode senger.
Flasset litt av den ene veggen, men ikke noe som påvirket oss veldig. Rommene var alt i alt veldig koselige.
