Pros:

I liked it enough to rebook for an additional 3 nights.

Cons:

Already posted a few minor suggestions. Lack of hammocks, and shade for lounge chairs, and safety latches for the apartment doors would be great.

Great apartment. Great location, very quiet, and an easy walk to almost everything. Kind staff.

Cons:

Could do with a few more lounge chairs in the shade. Apartment doors would feel more secure with an internal safety lock / chain.

Best choice
Pros:

Sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück am Ort der Wahl (im Zimmer, auf dem Balkon, am Pool). Wegen einer gebuchten Tour einmal auch schon um 7.30. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt, das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, einfach perfekt!!!

New, clean, nice staff
Pros:

Very nice accommodations. Spacious rooms with balcony. The pool area is well maintained and calm. Enjoyed working out on the rooftop in the morning. Location is central, close to downtown. Very close from the beach as well, perfect for morning walk / runs.

Lovely stay near the beach
Pros:

The property is very well maintained. And the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a quiet time when we were there and the hammocks at the pool were a perfect spot to relax. The room was spacious. Everything we needed was there. And we loved the breakfast. Every morning it's a surprise what we got for breakfast, everything is homemade that morning. Thank you!

Cons:

During our stay the cleaning of the bathroom could have been a bit more thorough.

Hotellet var det bästa med El Cuyo!
Pros:

Superfin svit med 3 rum och lliten veranda som var väldigt uppskattad. Personalen var mycket välkomnande och kommunicerade med oss på whatsapp inför och under vistelsen. Ett personligt och väl omhändertaget hotell!

Cons:

Hade uppskattat om det fanns fler solsängar runt poolen, det fanns enstaka ledig ibland men inte till hela familjen.

Super schöne Unterkunft.
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft, schöne, saubere und große Zimmer. Lage war auch perfekt, 3 Minuten bis zum Strand und zum Marktplatz.
Zwar nur 4 Liegen am Pool, aber auch zwei Hängematten und rund um den Pool ist Sand. Man könnte sich also auch dort mit einem Handtuch hinlegen.

Cons:

Leider kann man beim frühstücken nicht mitentscheiden was es zu essen gibt. Den einen Morgen gab es Pancakes und den nächsten Morgen Omelett. Leider wurde nicht gefragt ob ich zb Tomate in meinem Omelett haben möchte. Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber das sollte man beachten, wenn man nicht alles isst.

Lots of potential but currently expensive for the price
Pros:

We stayed in a family room at Hotel Mexhe, and the room itself was comfortable and fairly clean.

The same-day laundry service was genuinely helpful and reasonably priced. This was a real plus during our stay.

Cons:

At around £120 per night, the stay felt expensive for what was actually provided, and the overall value didn’t match the price.

Breakfast was very limited: one small plate per person (though it changed daily), only filtered coffee or tea, and no decaf, juice, or other alternatives.

Several basic comforts were missing, including drinking water, and there were very few sun loungers for the number of guests.

Reception closed at 3:30pm, which meant there was no support available in the evenings.

Only 4 sun beds at the pool for 10+ rooms.

Given that the beach is wild and has no facilities, providing sun umbrellas for guests to take to the beach would greatly improve the experience.

In the room, toiletries were minimal (no conditioner), there was no hairdryer, and the body wash appeared diluted after the first day.

One evening I needed to dry my hair but couldn’t, as reception was already closed. It was cold and windy that night, which made this particularly uncomfortable.

Although a safe was installed in the room, it wasn’t working, and we were told there was no alternative available.

We were only given one room key, which felt inconvenient and unsafe in case it had been lost.

Pros:

The bed was comfy. The shower had hot water consistently and great water pressure. The breakfast was yummy and came with fruit each day. The AC worked great. The location - one block from the beach! The staff who brought our food and cleaned our room were lovely, and there was always someone to answer my questions on WhatsApp quickly.

Cons:

The bathroom drains smell a bit funky, but this is common in Mexican coastal towns. Opening the bathroom window was helpful!

Estancia muy agradable
Pros:

La ubicación es fabulosa y el entorno realmente tranquilo. Las vistas a las palmeras desde cualquier sitio eran divinas y agradecemos el esfuerzo del personal para adaptar el desayuno a la intolerancia alimenticia de mi marido

Cons:

La cocina no estaba equipada. La habitación tenía una ollita sin tapa y una tabla de cortar (ni sartén, ni cuchillos,...)

Sería ideal tener dos sillas en el balcón para poder aprovechar el espacio y alguna lámpara con luz suficiente pero indirecta en la habitación

Pros:

Ontzettend relaxte omgeving, dichtbij restaurantjes en de zee. Het personeel was super lief en behulpzaam. Alles was netjes en schoon wat ik ook altijd belangrijk vind.

Pros:

Großes Zimmer mit Küche und Esstisch. Gute Ausstattung. Gute Betten. Heiße Dusche mit gutem Druck.
Prima Lage in Strandnähe, 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.
Nettes Personal. Am Abreisetag haben sie extra früher Frühstück für uns gemacht.
Gepflegte Anlage.
Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Am Pool gab es nur 4 Liegen, war aber kein Problem.
Dachterrassen wurden nicht genutzt.
Frühstück war etwas wenig.

Grande chambre avec belle sdb et coin cuisine si besoin. Petit dej différent chaque jour. Grande piscine. Emplacement parfait 5 min du centre 50 m de la plage. Personnel adorable.
