Ubicación ideal y gran servicio
Pros:

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. El alojamiento está en una ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la estación de trenes, lo que hizo que nuestros traslados fueran muy cómodos y convenientes.

La llegada fue fácil y sencilla. Agradecimos mucho que el edificio contara con ascensor, ya que viajábamos con bastante equipaje y eso hizo una gran diferencia.

El personal fue muy amable, eficiente y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación era cómoda y tal como se mostraba en las fotografías. Además, tenía aire acondicionado, algo que agradecimos mucho, y el baño estaba limpio y en muy buenas condiciones.

Otro punto a favor es que ofrecen la posibilidad de dejar el equipaje después del check-out, lo cual nos permitió aprovechar mejor el resto del día sin preocuparnos por nuestras maletas.

Very friendly and kind staff. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but it wasn't a problem—they let us leave our luggage and even checked us in early, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and having air conditioning in the room made our stay even better. The terrace was also a great bonus—a perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

Cons:

The shower was broken when we arrived, but the staff fixed it quickly after we told them about it. It wasn't an issue for the rest of our stay.

Localização perto da estação Roma Termini e Metropolitano. Pelo que a deslocação é muito fácil e simples. Recomendo e voltaria outravez, sem dúvida. Relação qualidade preço excelente.

Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf in Rome

De airco deed het fantastisch en het was erg schoon. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij problemen.

Cons:

De douche en wc vielen erg tegen qua functionaliteit. De wc was wel gerepareerd door het personeel, dus daarvoor complimenten.

Bardzo blisko dworca Termini. Dobra baza wypadowa. Byl mały taras, aneks kuchenny przy recepcji, blisko sklep. Klimatyzacja dobrze chłodziła pokoj.
