Pros:

Perto da estação Roma Termini.

Cons:

Apesar de estar próximo da estação R Termini, rua com muito barulho, quarto pequeno, banheiro pequeno, aparência nada boa, prédio em condições precárias.

The staff was friendly and helpful . Room was very clean. The location near train station was really important for us. It was 2 min away

Cons:

Noise was really annoying. Especially the one from the street. We thought that we are sleeping late so it's gonna be fine. But it was not. There are 2 shops downstairs ppl keep shouting next to it untill 2 am . At 6 am seagulls arrived screaming for food and fighting. But we were only one night so the location near train station was our priority.

Pros:

The best part of our stay at Toffa was the people at reception. No matter what we needed or how lost we were, they were patient, kind, and genuinely warm with us. Rome is intense and exhausting, and walking back through this door felt like a breath of fresh air every time. They made us feel welcomed and truly looked after, which let us relax and pour our energy into enjoying the city instead of stressing over the details. Huge thanks to the front desk team. You made our time in Rome so much better.

Difficile à trouver, aucune indication dans la rue, rue jonchée d,immondices on entre par un porche ou se trouve les poubelles, réception au 1er étage, établissement vétuste, propreté douteuse, aucun ménage de fait pendant le séjour de 4 nuits, sauf la minuscule poubelle de salle de bain qui a été vidée, lunette WC cassée, murs sales, portes escalier en mauvais état, téléphone qui tient avec du skotch.....tout date d,un autre âge

- Easily accessible location from Rome termini
- Room cleaned well for it's visual appearance
- I liked the common patio
- 2 Minimarts around the location
- Small, surprisingly aged elevator that is convenient for moving with luggage
- Water from toilet appears to be clean. I used a private filter for a shower hose. When I checked the filter before check-out, filter was the same condition as when I first connected it to a shower hose.

Cons:

- Shower area didn't drain water well. It took some time to completely drain water.

Cons:

Molt deixat parets brutes de fa anys. Les fotos no tenen res a veure. No és com surt a les fotos. Super vell, falta una gran reforma. La dutxa feia fàstic i tot el bany. No feien la neteja. Fatal. Dintre de l’ habitació un armari de càmping amb un fregadero??

La habitación era correctable,si sería necesario aire acondicionado, lo tenia pero no se si funcionaba porque no encontramos el control.igual muy bien el hotel y a una cuadra de Termini.

Все пройшло добре. У кімнаті було все скромно, але чисто. Чудовий персонал. Відмінне місцерозташування.
Pros:

Вцілому все було гарно. Місцерозташування біля вокзалу Termini дуже зручно.

Cons:

Єдиний мінус- кондиціонер не холодив, просто був, але ми приходили у кімнату тільки переночувати. Нас це влаштовувало, бо не було ще спеки

Great value, central location, friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Excellent location, close to termini and lots of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Friendly staff, comfortable, clean room. Nice terrace to sit on. 24 hour access.

Cons:

Would have liked to be able to make tea/coffee in our room.

Pros:

O melhor dessa acomodação é a localização. Perto da estação Termini, ajuda bastante na hora de se locomover na cidade. Além disso, na estação já tem tudo que possa precisar, como boa alimentação, e barata, além de lojas de compras.

Cons:

A rua é bem esquisita, o bairro a noite não te passa segurança. O hotel é bem modesto, mas é fiel a descrição. Nada de muito luxo, ainda mais pelo preço e localização. O senhorio e os funcionários foram bem solicitos.
