A clean room with a good location for catching a morning train from Termini.

Cons:

Most bathroom fixtures were more or less damaged (even though still just functional enough), and even though the room was well cleaned, there was a weird faint sewer-like smell lingering in the room. Not much soundproofing, bring earplugs. Figured out later that the property is pretty likely overcharging the tourist tax.

Struttura low cost, di conseguenza modesta, ma OK
Pros:

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Reception 24h. Nessun problema per il deposito bagagli. Stanza sufficientemente pulita. Posizione ideale a 2 passi dalla stazione Termini. Zona sicura con molti caffè e ristoranti nel raggio di 200 metri

Stanza vecchiotta ma sufficientemente pulita. Bagno un po' malmesso.

Gostei da localização. Todos comentam que a localização é boa e de fato é.

Não gostei do atendimento nem do quarto. O quarto na foto parece lindinho embora pequeno mas na realidade é bem depreciado, tudo remendado, chao riscado, móveis velhos colados com fita, falta muita manutenção. Entram no quarto para tirar lixo mas não arrumam. O atendimento deixou a desejar. Cheguei e já realizei o pagamento da estadia. Pois bem, porém dia seguinte foi na recepção, era 23 hrs, e o atendente ficou me pedindo que pagasse a taxa que é referente a cidade. Ele não tinha troco mas queria que eu pagasse. Paguei e fiquei os 3 dias seguintes pedindo por troco e comprovante de pagamento pois não queria ter problemas em alegarem que eu não paguei ou algo assim. Me senti feita de boba, ter que ficar pedindo por algo básico, de direito meu, sendo que quando se trata do direito deles eles cobram e te forçam a cumprir. Por fim me deram na hora de ir embora e quase perdi meu vôo de tanto que atrasou.

Pros:

Excellent location to go everywhere by feet,

Cons:

the mattress was non flat so it needs to renew for more comfortability. Perhaps it is old and you feel sleeping in heels

Pros:

Very well located, super close to the station. Staff is very nice, and allowed my bags to be there during the last day. Recommend.

Posizione ottima, vicino stazione termini con metro e al piazzale dei cinquecento terminal autobus.Ristorante tipico romano sotto casa " trattoria dall' omo"

Cons:

Specificare sul sito di fidarsi dell' indirizzo e del nr civico in quanto non c'è un insegna ,ma solo il il nome sul campanello.
