Pros:

la proximité de la gare et des navettes
Le personnel très agréable

Cons:

la salle de bain , réparer ce qui doit l'être et y remettre un peu de gaieté et de nouveau .
a revoir la propreté des tiroirs et des taches sur les draps .
et surtout insonoriser les ,chambres car les bruits nocturnes empêche de bien dormir .

A good place for a reasonable price, recommend!
Pros:

The location was excellent, the receptionists very attentive and friendly, helpful to assist 24/7, so you feel really welcomed. The nice terrace in the common area was a positive plus to feel that owners are considerate about their guest experience while staying there.😊

Cons:

The place is noisy, that is not the fault of the owners, just be aware that the location being so close to the main train & metro station comes with the price of hearing people outside. The rooms were clean and tidy, but it would be even better if the owners invest in some minor extras in each room, that would add the feeling of higher comfort level, such as in-room teapot, small fridge, tea cups, etc. Overall a good place for a very reasonable price.

It was a place to sleep and have a quick shower and leave. We were very happy to leave on check out.
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and advised on place to go for laundry as well as trains and buses to take. They gave maps with food places and how to get there. Big plus is that there was an elevator.

Cons:

The place is not very well maintained. The paint on the walls is flaking off and the furniture is dinged up pretty badly. The bathroom really needs a deep clean as there was mold around the sink and in the bathroom grout. There was a balcony with lots of pigeon droppings on the floor and icky view of the back of other buildings. The room was ok sized but we were told that we were upgraded to a room for 3 persons and there was a mattress under the bed for the third person. Not sure where the mattress would've fit cause there was barely any walking room. I could only imagine what the room for 2 looks like. The elevator is tiny but MUCH better than walking up 3 or 4 flights of stairs. The elevator shaft needs to be cleaned, its covered in cobwebs. Honestly after checking in we went looking at other hotels, I was willing to cut my losses but for some reason rooms were either extremely expensive or no availability for the period. There was a little kitchen sink cabinet which could've been clean and hooked up for use with a kettle and little fridge but it was just a waste of space as it wasn't functional. The walls are paper thin so we heard the people in the other room who were up almost all night :( Everytime someone came through the door to the floor we heard it or even used the elevator.

Bien ubicado, a 1 cuadra y media de termini. Check-in temprano en relación a un hotel normal (13h)

Cons:

Llegamos al hotel y no había recepcionista, tuvimos que esperar un tiempo para entrar a la habitación. Elegimos la opción de 2 camas separadas, está al lado de la recepción por lo que se escucha un poco de ruido. Otro de los recepcionistas intentó entrar al cuarto sin golpear en la noche, espero que realmente haya sido un error pero nos dejó con mal gusto
