The location and the staff

The staff
It’s not a 5 Star property. Furniture and fittings were very old. With visible scratches
The comfort and food.
The shower set up
property location is good, room size, open spaces and overall design is fantastic.
staff all around the hotel lacks proper service attitude & responsiveness. Kettle didn't work in the room.
service not prompt & clear in Aish restaurant, breakfast room, poolside .
The Room (8thfloor) was well laid out. Spacious, equipped and comfy. The breakfast space is nice with seating options. The staff was courteous ,prompt and attentive. The offerings have a wide spread options. Presentation is good. The HVAC has the correct CFM and temperature.
The location is good for tourists (being closer to usual places of interest and touring). A bit far away for business and work visitors (like me) who have work around Hitech City, Fin District and around. Yet barring the travel-time once at hotel, the comfort compensates. One important topic they should pay attention is keeping the air-filters of the room FCU unit cleaned regularly. Keeps the air circulated fresh.
Mosquitoes at night near the pool area.
Good hotel with amazing pool side restaurant, Reception team always ready to help they gave us a very good room
Housekeeping team quick and attentive on floors
Good stay and the staff is also very courteous and Mr
Aarif & Madhumita is very helpful and room is upgraded and room required renovation as well but overall stay was good
Nice modern hotel, with very comfortable big bed and good view if you are lucky as us. We spend there eventually 5 days and we loved being able to come from the noise and chaos of the city to our quite modern room. Shower was also hot. The design in general is also good. We enjoyed swimming pool, however its location in the middle of the cafe makes it rather intimidating. We loved the entrance of the hotel and the welkoming stuff; we never had such experiance but we felt really home after saying hello to the same people every day.
Even it is 5 start hotel, it is good to remember it is indian 5 start hotel. We had to switch rooms because of very stinky air conditioning. In the final room it was still smelly, so we got used to open the front door for 5 min for ventilation after coming back. Also we had a problem with leacking toilet, 3 men came to repare it, spent 2 hours and it still kept leaking - again we survived by getting more towels on the floor for the water. Also we found the restaurants in the hotel they too pricy; but again we could get taxi to reach cheaper and yet better place to eat. The location is not on the main street, if you are naive european person wanting to walk around - there are some dark alleys to pass before reaching main street with shops.
