Nice location, great views.
Pros:

Excellent location. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Nice views of Hussain Sagar.

Cons:

Food prices are very high and need to be aligned with what other / newer hotels are charging. Also, the overall interiors of the hotel and the rooms as well need a refresh as it feels dated and more like a 4-star hotel (you can tell the walls and doors have been repainted a few times).

There were no activity areas for kids and it would help to introduce it in the future.

Lastly, the facade with metal cladding is marred with bird droppings and needs regular cleaning.

Pros:

Very nice and modern hotel. Beautifully decorated and lots of green, the plants bring a great natural touch! Very confortable rooms. The staff is very kind and helpful.
Their indian restaurant is an absolute wonderful culinary experience with very kind and helpful staff and stunning decor, and very good value for money compare to the other Aqua restaurant. Do not miss it!

Cons:

The smell that comes from the very polluted lake is quite intense from the pool area depending on the wind. The views on the trash fields around the hotel from above…
The Aqua restaurant is ok but pricey for what it is.

Comfortable Room and Good Food, but Loud and Busy Place
Pros:

The room was large and the bed was super comfortable! The shower and bathtub were great and had hot, running water. The breakfast selection was wide and delicious and the room service was fast.

Cons:

The room doesn't block the sound at all from the hallways and other guests slammed doors up to midnight. It was meant to be a time of extra rest for me but was way too noisy. I also had to wait quite a while both times I went to the service desk to get any help. The place was a very busy hotel.

Pathetic and memorable for all the wrong reasons.
Pros:

Nothing. It is old and dilapidated property, poor maintenance. Washroom was dirty when I checked in the room and wash basis tap was broken and the room was smelling

There was some party going on and there was so much noise that I could not sleep till midnight
I complained several times to the front desk and duty manager and seemed helpless. Ultimately, the noise stopped at 12 mid night
It was a horrible experience and my 2 other guests from Japan faced the same issue.
I will never ever stay in Park again
