Excellent stay!
Pros:

Really nice stay very close to the city center of Hoi An! What I particularly liked about the stay is that even if it's close to the fuzz of the city, the street is still very quiet. They were very welcoming and making sure that we enjoy our stay! Really good size for the room and everything was clean!

Pros:

This was the best place I stayed in Hoi an, I wish I had discovered it sooner. Best value at this price. Super clean.
Proper shower, not a wet room.

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were super nice and helpful. Bonus points for having a smart TV.

Location is great, in calm street, but just steps from canal and center. Receptionist was great, she helped us to book car for our trip to Golden Bridge.

Enjoyed and pleasure to stay in this beautiful accomodation, very clean and excellent staff
Pros:

The staff Trinh from day 1 to the last day excellent customer service , communication and very helpful . She is very welcoming .
The 10/10 cleanliness , good water pressure , hot water , complete amenities , fresh linen and towels safe and nearby to market , cafes , restaurants and can walk everywhere especially to old town and Japanese bridge .

Pros:

My single room was cozy and fully equipped. Outside the room, there was a shared kitchen with complete cooking equipment and dining utensils, I used it to reheat food so that no smells carried into my bedroom. The staffs were also fantastic. I booked a tour through the hotel and I was happy how it nice it was.

War schön! Können wir empfehlen (bei gutem Schlaf).
Pros:

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einem erfrischenden Getränk (selbstgemachten Tee) und Erfrischungstüchern versorgt, das war sehr zuvorkommend nach unserer längeren Anreise. Und obwohl Hoi An erst vor knapp 1 1/2 Monaten mit extremen Wetterereignissen (Überflutungen) konnten wir davon in der Unterkunft nichts feststellen. Die Räume im Erdgeschoss wurden neu gemacht, alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, es gab täglich frisches Wasser, es gab auch einen Wasserkocher und der Föhn war auch super. Uns wurde eine tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers angeboten und auch täglich die Handtücher (3 pro Person) gewechselt. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr sauber, schöne Dusche und viel Platz.
Das Personal war auch nett und freundlich. Die Unterkunft hatte einen kostenlosen Verleih von Fahrrädern angeboten, diese waren super.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einerseits super zentral, nur 3min Fußweg zum Nachtmarkt und 10 bis ins Zentrum, leider war es aber entsprechend laut nachts und der Hahn hat ab 4:30 morgens keine Ruhe gegeben, daher waren wir leider schon immer früh wach.

Nos permitieron dejar las maletas y darnos una ducha aunque a habitación no estuviera preparada. Fueron muy amables y atentos. Además, está situado muy cerca del centro pero no se escucha el ruido.
