The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The area is very quiet and there is a nice cafe across the road. Plenty of parking was available.
When I asked about the pool they just said no. Some of the facilities listed didn't exist or were closed over the time I travelled
Very close to the airport, however a good 15 minutes away from where the main hub of Hai Phong is.
Attentive staff. Clean and comfortable room.
There are a couple of cafes with wifi straight across the street , and some local "Quan Nhau" and normal restaurants if you want to eat like the locals.
The apartment is quite new and comfortable! Shower is excellent and bed is soft enough.
We were hoping to use the pool, but once we got to the rooftop, it was really dirty. Dark water.

It was clean.
we booked the room with kitchen but there was no facilities for cooking as we previously expected. The receptionist forgot to give us back the identity card then we had to pay shipping fee to take it back. Service and staff were not really worth the money
