Kiitos ystävällisestä palvelusta.
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen.Hotelli oli kävelymatkan päässä useista nähtävyyksistä. Hotellihuone oli tilava, eikä viidennen kerroksen huoneessa ollut hankaluutta sisäilmaongelmista kärsivälle majoittujalle. Aamiainen oli hyvä.

Cons:

Huone oli iäkäs, joten kohde ei sovi henkilölle, joka vaatii siisteyttä rakenteiden osalta. Siivouksessa oli käytetty vahvasti tuoksuvia pesuaineita.

Trés bon séjour dans l'ensemble, à récommander.

Emplacement : idéal pour visiter à pieds,
Chambre : propre, literie parfaite,
Petit déjeuner : continental, il était parfait
Accueil : parfait, le personnel très à l'écoute et gentil

Cons:

Chambre : ameublement vieillissant,
Salle d'eau : dommage que le WC soit pas à part de la salle d'eau,
Couloirs des chambres : manque de savoir vivre de certains clients qui parlaient fort et claquer les portes la nuit. L'hotel n'y est pour rien.
La rue : un peu bruyante car notre chambre donnait sur elle.

Gostei muito da localização e destaco o excelente atendimento da funcionária Carol
Pros:

O Hotel é antigo, mas confortável e bem localizado, permite acesso a pé em grande número dos pontos turísticos. Quanto ao atendimento, destaco a funcionária Carol que nos atendeu no bar do Hotel e também no restaurante do café da manhã, muito simpática, atenciosa e nos ajudou com muitas dicas de passeios.

Cons:

Um ponto negativo neste hotel é a escala de horário para o café da manhã, fixada por apto a cada 30 minutos.

O hotel é excelente: instalações boas, quartos confortáveis, limpeza impecável, café da manhã muito bom e atendimento muito cordial. Nossa experiência teria sido perfeita se não fosse por uma questão importante relacionada ao estacionamento.

Na descrição da reserva pelo Booking, consta que o hotel dispõe de estacionamento. No entanto, ao chegar, descobrimos que o estacionamento não pertence ao hotel, mas sim a um estacionamento parceiro localizado na mesma rua. Além disso, o serviço é pago (24 € por dia) e essa informação não ficou clara durante o processo de reserva.

O principal problema é que esse estacionamento não funciona 24 horas. No check-in, o hotel pergunta aos hóspedes o horário do café da manhã, para haver um melhor conforto no salão onde ocorro, mas não houve qualquer orientação/atenção sobre as limitações de horário do estacionamento. Se essa informação tivesse sido destacada, teríamos nos planejado de outra forma.

Como nosso check-out foi antes da abertura do estacionamento, ficamos sem acesso ao carro e acabamos tendo problemas com a locadora, incluindo o pagamento de uma multa por atraso na devolução do veículo.

Reforço que o hotel em si é excelente, mas acredito que a informação sobre o estacionamento precisa ser muito mais transparente tanto na plataforma de reservas quanto no momento do check-in, pois o hotel em si não dispõe de estacionamento, para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pela mesma situação.

Hotel molto particolare ubicato nel centro delle principali attrazioni di Porto
Pros:

Hotel molto particolare con memorabilia anni 60/70. La camera da letto era molto ampia con un ingresso, la zona notte molto ampia e confortevole e il letto enorme e comodo. Il bagno era anch'esso spazioso con una doccia molto grande e comoda. Camera silenziosa nonstante affacciasse sulla via. Personale gentile. Posizione strategica per visitare Porto comodamente e vicina alla mertpo per l'aeroporto. Colazione abbondante anche se non di altissima qualità.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il dover selezionare uno slot per la colazione che ha limitato nella flessibilità dell'inizio giornata e anche la qualità del cibo era si discreta, ma si poteva fare meglio.

Beautiful hotel in a nice central location.
Pros:

Loved the room we were in, was not expecting 2 bathrooms and a balcony! It was a great way to end our stay in Portugal. Also the decor was so fun throughout!

Cons:

Didn’t love that we had to sign up for breakfast times (but understandable due to the size of the dining area). We both found our beds quite hard and springy, and the wifi was okay, could have been a bit better.
