Bra utgångsläge för en Porto upplevelse.
Pros:

Perfekt läge för en turist vistelse. Nära allt, Metron runt hörnet.
Personalen var vänlig. Lite tråkig frukost men man fick en god start på dagen.

Cons:

Öppettiderna på Takterrassen, kunde öppnat lite tidigare än 20.00.

Good location but and reception could be for friendlier and helpful

Quirky retro vibes made it unique and good to tell people back home

Cons:

I found the reception staff not particularly friendly. The lady checking in seemed overwhelmed at 2pm. I think someone should probably be helping her. I commented on the loudness on one side of hotel the next day and got a patronising remark back, I was only asking if other rooms are available. The older man at checkout wasn’t pleasant and didn’t ask if I’d had a nice stay or if he could help me onwards. I asked him if Uber was easy to come by on the road ( I have no idea how it is in Portugal) and he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.
The housekeeping ladies did smile and were pleasant :)

L'accueil du personnel très gentil, la chambre confortable et spacieuse, très bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner et l'emplacement de l'hotel plein centre et près de la gare Trindade.

Cons:

Le point negatif est la rue Almada bruyante le soir et surtout les livreurs "Uber eat" et autres à scooter sous les fenêtres qui braillent et crient toute la nuit devant le Han BBQ

Une vraie pépite au cœur de Porto
Pros:

Le personnel à été adorable, le plus pour nous, ils parlaient un français parfait.

Nous avons été surclassée en chambre double(lits jumeaux) deluxe, avec accès sur la terrasse.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, oui avons tout pu faire à pied.

Je recommande vivement emebt cet hôtel à la décoration old school 😀

Cons:

Le matelas un peu dur, mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

I nice hotel, in a good location & competitively priced.

4. The quirky memorabilia around the main areas- very cool.
5. The staff were polite.
6. There is a kettle and a mini bar, a safe, and laundry services.

Cons:

1. The floors are all tiles, so noise echoes into your room from other guests and especially the cleaners!
2. Room 411. The wall light does not work. The bedside lamp needs attention. The kettle cord is far too short so it sits on the floor. No spoons are provided with the cups.
3. TV listing shows about 60+ channels, but in reality only 20 lol.
