Pros:

Colazione molto buona, non molte cose ma tutte buone. Torte, yoghurt, fette biscottate, marmellate.. tutto veramente ottimo.
Cena spettacolare, complimenti al cuoco e al cameriere per la disponibilità e l’accoglienza.
Vicino alla strada statale ed al polo industriale, cosa a me comoda per lavoro.
Camere pulite (pulizie svolte giornalmente, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso!), non all’ultimo grido ma carine e ripeto PULITE.

Non mi è piaciuto per niente il comportamento dei gestori perché avevo disdetto, su booking, la prenotazione camera richiedendo il rimborso della somma anticipata, senza penale, e la prenotazione non è stata cancellata.
Passano 2 giorni dalla prenotazione disdetta e vedendo che la prenotazione non risulta cancellata, li ho contattati su WhatsApp e per email: anch' essi nessuna risposta.
Il giorno precedente della prenotazione mi sono presentato di persona all' albergo per fare presente della disdetta prenotazione richiedendo il rimborso. Risposta? "Poi vediamo".
Finale? Dopo 3 giorni dalla data della camera prenotata mi comunica che non mi sono presentato per il check-in trattenendo l' intero importo pagato in anticipo come penale quando poi in realtà avevo già disdetto la prenotazione!! Avevo disdetto nello stesso giorno della prenotazione. Non dopo 2-3 giorni.
