There was too much artificial fragrance from the air fresheners, as I have sinus allergies. And a great deal of street noise was audible in the room each night.

La ubicación
.
Nada.
The location and the customer service. Organised a taxi to the airport for us.
Having to scan a QR code to get entry.
Didn't realise there would be four rooms sharing the same kitchen. Very noisy with people coming and going.
Limited hot drinks provided and not great quality.
Shower pressure was poor.
