Nice stay in a nice place, albeit quite noisy.
Pros:

The location was great in the busy Malasaña area of Madrid. Lots of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was quite spacious, surfaces were quite new and clean. The private bathroom of the room was well equipped.

Cons:

Located in the ground floor of the building, the sound isolation from the street was really poor. One could hear everything that passers-by were talking, also the noise from passing cars and motorbikes was heard very very loud in the room. Luckily there were free earplugs offered, but of course it affected sleep. Also, despite of the info given beforehand, the fridge and kettle were located in the shared kitchen. No view to outside from the room, the windows were opaque.

Habitación privada con baño en Madrid, cerca del metro Bilbao, cómoda y a buen precio
Pros:

Las habitaciones privadas con baño estaban muy cerca del metro de Bilbao, con acceso rápido y seguro, a un precio muy bueno. Está ubicado en un bajo, con un vestíbulo común privado (seguro), donde me dejaron trabajar más allá de la hora de salida.

Así que estoy muy contento con la habitación, la seguridad, la comodidad y el precio. Repetiré :)

Cons:

Nada que objetar. Lo único, tener presente que es un local en un bajo, así que no tiene vistas. Pero como los vidrios hacen borroso, nadie te ve desde afuera y hay cortinas para oscurecer.

Pros:

Clean and pleasant property with useful amenities, such as well-equipped and well maintained kitchen. I liked the use of silenced glass in the windows which blocks away noise from the street. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The door to my room didn’t seem to lock properly- first it wouldn’t open despite typing the right code and then it wouldn’t lock upon closing. It was a minor issue though and it would very likely be easily resolved if I were to stay longer than one night

Está en buena zona, el baño es amplio y la habitación también

Cons:

Quizás que fuera menos ruidoso, pero es normal al estar en la planta baja, por la noche se escuchaba algo de ruido de la gente que estaban de bar en bar, era fin de semana, es normal

Me encantó hospedarme aqui, aunque no habia nadie de manera presencial, Luis siempre estuvo muy atento y respondió todas mis preguntas. Facil de ingresar al lugar. Tiene acceso facil a transporte, en la zona donde esta ubicado hay de todo (farmacias, restaurantes, supermercados etc), tiene cocina (auqnue le falta algunas cosas tiene lo necesario), los espacios son limpios. sin duda lo recomiento.

Cons:

los utiles de cocina podrian mejorar. Pero tiene lo necesario

Çok temiz ve rahat bir daire. Personel çok yardımsever. Erken varmıştık ve erken check-in yapmamıza imkan sağladılar. Ayrılırken bavulları rahatlıkla ve ücretsiz bırakabileceğiniz büyük dolaplar var. Mutfakta ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Daireye giriş çıkış çok rahat. Konum mükemmel, çok merkezi. O kadar merkezi olmasına rağmen pek gürültü duymadık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
