Une de mes plus mauvaises expériences avec une réservation Booking,
Déjà la réservation, annonce qu'il y a un parking privé, en réalité. Peut-être une dizaine de places. Après vous vous garez dans la rue.
Le personnel pas très agréable quand nous verrons voulu partir personne à la réception, j'ai dû aller à l'étage chercher le réceptionner après que l'on ait tapé à toutes les portes du hall
Mais le pire nous avions réservé cet hôtel Spa pour pouvoir se reposer avant et au retour d'une de nos randonnée les plus difficiles de notre séjour et cela a été impossible.
La cause en face de notre chambre l'établissement Thermes pulse qui diffuse de la musique, techno à fond du matin au soir 22 heures et peut-être même
Difficile dans ces conditions de dormir ou de se reposer
Déçu par l'établissement, et également par Booking, qui devrait peut-être signalé cet inconvénient majeur

Pros:

Има места, които впечатляват с красиви сгради, удобства и природа. Има и места, които остават в сърцето заради хората.
Престоят ми заедно с Точица в „Аспа Вила“, село Баня, беше истинско удоволствие. Насладихме се на уютен и прекрасно обзаведен апартамент, на приятната минерална вода в басейните, чудесния СПА център, вкусната храна в ресторанта, тишината и красивата гледка от терасата. Всичко това превърна почивката ни в незабравимо преживяване.
Най-силно обаче ме впечатли отношението на екипа на хотела. Любезността, вниманието, усмивките и искрената грижа се усещаха навсякъде.
Специалните ми благодарности са към Николай Мицев и Гергана Будина – за топлото, приятелско отношение, за добротата, разбирането и готовността винаги да помогнат. Срещата с такива млади хора вдъхва надежда и заслужава искрено уважение.
Благодаря на целия екип на „Аспа Вила“ за прекрасните дни! С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново – Снежинка Боянова, Детелина Ризова и нашето кавалерче щ- Точица..

Препоръчвам хотела с домашна храна и обстановка
Pros:

Отношение, цена, качество. Персоналът мил, любезен и усложлив. Храната качествена и вкусна. Кафето беше уникално. Цените ниски, местоположение до гората, вечер разхлажда. п
