Good vacation with hot SPA and fresh air. Very good food. Few glitches here and there...
Pros:

The food is tasty and with good quality and quantity. The staff at restaurant is good and polite. Hot pools outside are very convenient. The location is good. Air is crystal clear, smells like forest. Balcony of my room was very spacy and nice.

Cons:

The restaurant doesn't have a decent wine opener! I had to help the waitress with the broken one they have. My bed was comfortable, but it broke under my weight last night! The make of that bed was not good at all. In general the furniture in the room was outdated and needed an upgrade. Finally, there was one young guy at the reception who was not very polite, but it was only the last day, so it was no big deal. In general for this price level the place is worth staying, but there some quick wins that can be achieved by the management, which would improve significantly the experience.

Pros:

Хареса ни храната, беше вкусно приготвена, имаше разнообразие от към храната. Стаята беше чиста, просторна, гледката беше релаксираща към борова гора. Басейна беше чист, водата приятна. Персоналът беше учтив и любезен. Цена/качество беше 10/10

Review of SPA Hotel
Pros:

Swimming pool and SPA was 👍

Cons:

The techno noise music which appears after 16h till 21:30 was not good. Too much Bass and repeated BASS.I like some music, but this sounds like I'm at a desk club. The front room has those negatives, the opposite is quiet and large and comfortable.

ХаресваШЕ ми преди, че позволяват домашни любимци, но за тази цена има и доста по-добри хотели.

Cons:

По време на вечеря на 25.01.2026, управителя учтиво помоли нас и още едно момиче с куче да махнем кучето от залата където се хранехме. И двете животни бяха средна порода около 7-8кг, седяха кротко под масата без да се разбира дори че са там. Но управителя ни уведоми че имало оплакване, и че не било хигиенично да има кучета, за това се налага да не ги водим повече в ресторанта. Попитах го, защо не е обяснил на "оплакалите се" че политиката на хотела е да разрешава кучета и че сме си заплатили такса за това че водим домашните си любимци с нас? Ние разбира се прибрахме кучето и повече не сме го водили в ресторанта, но бях изключително разочарован от случката и едва ли повече ще се върнем в този хотел. Миналата година по същото време бяхме гости на хотела и нямаше подобни случки, това е и причината да повторим - единствено защото позволяват домашни любимци. Иначе цялостната картина в хотела не е добра - обзавеждането в стаите е захабено, има мухъл в банята в стаята и в басейна отвън. Липсваше сапун/душ гел в зоната за къпане. Така и не влезнаха да почистят стаята, а бяхме с две нощувки. Храната миналата година беше една идея по-добра от тази - на втория ден закуската ни беше същата - притоплени пържени филии, които бяха доста твърди и трудни за преглъщане.
