Great location, lovely staff, rooftop pool had great views. Clean

Cons:

I reported that the shower was blocked and air conditioning not working properly. Was told that issues would be fixed but never happened. Shower flooding bathroom. The breakfast was poor to say the least. Bread out for toasting but no butter in the hotel.

ゆっくりと休暇を過ごせました。
Pros:

朝食のお世話をしたいただいた女性スタッフの笑顔やサービスが良く、一日の始まりが気持ちよく始まりました。お部屋の掃除もキレイで快適な滞在となりました。

Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil, proche du pont du dragon, la chambre très confortable au 9ème étage, la vue est sympa.
Le spa était fermé alors ils nous ont recommandé et organisé ce service, parfait pour un jour de grosse pluie !!

Bữa sáng ở đây khá đa dạng và thay đổi món theo ngày. Mình ở 3 ngày ăn sáng rất ok. Bữa sáng phục vụ từ 6-9 giờ nên thoải mái giờ giấc cho mọi người.

I had a great stay at Calix again. Thanks to the lovely receptionists again especially Bao and Kim!

Ac not working properly in All rooms. And Lobby also they are not switching on AC .
They are giving Fan for Room
Water in Lobby,they are not Fill ,if we ask they said that's not mandatory to fill drinking water .

Хорошо провели время.
Уборка и чистое бельё.
Спасибо.
Но не предусмотрена сушка мокрого белья, после бассейна или пляжа не знали где сушить купальник?

Cons:

Обещали встретить с аэропорта, но когда приземлились придумали причину и не встретили нас.
Это сразу испортило впечатление о гостеприимстве.

Номера хорошие, есть выбор во время завтрака, центр.

Cons:

В туалете большое окно, можно сидеть на унитазе и тебя будут видеть из соседнего дома, персонал не самый отзывчивый, молодой, врут что протравили тараканов, встретили за два дня одного таракана, еда не особо вкусная, но есть выбор
