Good middle level option for exploring Cat Ba area. Crew worked to make our stay comfortable.
Pros:

Positive attitude of all staff members. Serenity and beauty of the location when we were moored, or quietly moving between locations. Best part was when we were further away from the rest of the other cruises, eg. the kayaking on the second day and hiking on Monkey Island.

Cons:

Organisation felt last minute for many of the activities, due I think to daily changes between the 1 and 2 night stay itinerary. I felt that too much time was spent around the main fishing village where all the other boats were moored, and the oil slick on the water and floating pollution there was very noticeable. (nothing to do with Beka Cruises directly, of course)

Pros:

L'équipage est adorable et à nos petits soins. Les activités durant la croisière sont très bien.

Cons:

Nous avons eu des "cafards" et autres insectes dans notre cabine ce qui a clairement gâcher notre nuit. L'équipage a réagit en mettant du produit et en nous remboursant le bus pour notre prochaine destination. Mais vu le prix nous étions quand même bien déçue

Pros:

Tout était parfait avec Lily et Han toujours disponible pour faire en sorte que tout se passe bien pour tout le monde, avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Un vrai sens du service.

Organisation irréprochable, personnel aux petits soins du début à la fin, accompagnement complet jusqu’à notre prochaine destination, activités bien encadrées et variées, nourriture très bonne. Une expérience fluide et parfaitement orchestrée.

Pros:

Bateau très bien , tout est inclus, les activités sont incroyables (kayak , cour de cuisine , balade à vélo , on a fini par l’île aux singes , pêche aux calamars ) le tout est inclus . On y mange très bien. Personnel au top . Honnêtement rien à redire .
Lily est au top. Elle gère tout avec vous du début à la fin avec transfert avant et après si besoin.

Pros:

The tour guide was very attentive. After kayaking I hurt my back and skipped dinner. Your guide came to check on us and even brought dinner to our room. The next day he made sure that I have a car instead of bike to ride to the village. We always felt comfortable and welcome.

Cons:

The room had no heat and it was cold. We did have thick comforter but a warm blanket or room heater would have been nicer.

Great value, good people, good mix of guests and activities.
Pros:

I stayed 2 nights and 3 days. The day time tours were the best part. Anbeck gave me an exciting tour of fish farm and local ecosystem. It is is very special to find some one who speaks from the heart, and is so good at expressing himself in English. He spent alot of his time with me and gave me excellent cultural insights that i wouldnt have gotten anywhere else.
Joey directed the cruise, and gave a great energy to everyone. Very personable, funny and attentive. Both guides did everything to make me feel comfortable as an individual traveler. Lilly organized everything from getting to and from Hanoi door to door. Everyone was very efficient and courteous. It is also nice that there are 10 rooms, so you wont be surrounded by big families....all couples and a couple young solo traveler. Overall, a great value ! Thank you.

Pros:

Nous avons passé 2 jours et 1 nuit sur la croisière, et c’était génial ! L’activité kayak était incroyable, et nous avons eu beaucoup de chance ce jour-là car il y avait presque personne sur la baie.

Nous étions un petit groupe de 10 personnes, tous très sympathiques. La chambre était propre et la nourriture était bonne.

Un grand merci à Lily, qui s’est occupée de toute l’organisation et a veillé à ce que tout se passe parfaitement, du transport avant et après la croisière, en s’adaptant à mon itinéraire. Merci également à Joey, le guide, et à tout le staff du bateau, qui ont permis que nous passions un très bon moment.

Je recommande cette croisière à 100% !
