Good, the European staff could be more approachable, not everyone speaks German.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, but there could have more local dishes offered. The coffee could be improved as Vietnam offer
such wonderful coffee.

Cons:

The dishes in the evening were very much the same. They were a westernised version of refined eating. Again Vietnam has
such good fresh food and healthy. More of these dishes should be on the menu, especially at lunchtime

Pros:

Es war perfekt! Die gesamte Robinson Crew, das Essen, die Zimmer, die wunderschöne tropische Anlage, der Beach alles war top und und die Sylvesterparty mit Band, Sängerin und das gesamte Programm einfach nur toll. Danke für die wunderbaren Tage bei Euch,es war natürlich viel zu kurz.

Schöner Robinson Club zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, weitläufig, gepflegt, direkt am Meer.

Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, sauber und ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders begeistert haben mich die Aktivitäten wie vietnamesischer Sprachkurs, Sportangebote, Laternen basteln und Shows.

Das Team ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Praktisch sind auch die Wasserauffüllstationen, die überall im Resort zu finden sind.

Das Essen ist frisch, vielseitig und richtig lecker.
Die Lage liegt zwar ca. 50 Minuten von Hoi An entfernt, ist aber mit Grab oder Taxi gut erreichbar.

Ein Resort in dem man sich sehr wohlfühlt!
Super freundliches Personal!
Ein Buffet was keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Cons:

Einziger Punkt ist, dass es relativ weit von hoi an entfernt liegt (ca. 50km).

Erholsam, wenn man Max. 5-6 Tage eine Erholungsphase einlegt, sonst zu weit weg von allem.

Robinson mit gourmetküche
Pros:

Das essen muss man hier besonders hervorheben. Einfach ohnegleichen. Auch die mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und die anlage ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir hätten gerne mehr wasser auf dem zimmer gehabt. Man konnte sich am pool und in der lobby wasser an der wasserstation abfüllen, aber leider wurde meine glasflasche entsorgt. Auf anfrage nach einer weiteren flasche an der bar wurde mir mitgeteilt es gäbe keine. Wir fanden es schade, dass es wie im robinson thailand, keine adults only bereiche gab. Wäre für uns definitiv ein mehrwert gewesen, da vor allem vietnamesische kinder sehr laut waren.

Amazing time 😍
Pros:

Rooms were very modern and comfortable and importantly clean.
Plenty of pools, able to swim in ocean, spa facilities and able to relax between beach volleyball sessions.

Cons:

More a suggestions - beach bar open later especially when there are groups and gives another option for a light dinner.
- a little mini market where you can buy snack food, soft drinks, water etc.

Robinson geht immer😉. War sehr schön dort!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr nette kurze 4 Tage auf der „Durchreise“ von Saigon nach Hoi An. der Club ist super um ein paar Tage nichts zu machen und zu relaxen. Preis-Leistung ist klasse, Zimmer bzw JuniorSuite top und riesig. Essen, wir hatten HP war richtig lecker, Robinson halt. Mittagessen hatten wir „nur“ a la Carte im Beachrestaurant, das war auch lecker und preislich voll in Ordnung. Personal und Programm waren auch top, Strand/Beach auch sehr einladend!. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall für ein paar ruhige Tage während einer Rundreise!

Cons:

Die Lage, ist halt nichts drunherum. Aber: das wussten wir und das haben wir auch nicht vermisst. Und wer will, kommt in 1 h per Grab/Taxi gut und günstig nach Hoi An.

Ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt im Robinson Nam Hoi An mit einem tollen Team
Pros:

Wir haben in Summe neun Tage in dem Robinson Club Nam Hoi An nach einer Asien Reise verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt und erholt.

Der Club ist an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand gelegen, der ideal ist, zum Kajak fahren, Surfen und aber auch Beach-Volleyball spielen.

Das Robinson Team ist wirklich fantastisch und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen - sei es in der Küche, im Sport Team oder auch am Empfang.
Ganz besonders hat uns das Essen gefallen, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen. Das Buffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und es gibt Signature Dishes die liebevoll von den Köchen zusammengestellt werden. Die Trainer bei den Yoga / Pilates / Workout Sessions sind sehr professionell und gehen auf jeden individuell ein. Eine sehr schöne Unterhaltung sind die Shows am Abend und die Sundowner am Strand.

Ein buntes abwechslungsreiches Programm gibt es täglich für die Kinder aller Altersgruppen, die sowohl von den Robinsons geleitet werden als auch von Externen Trainern z.B. für Kinderfussballtraining oder den Taffen Tigern zur Stärkung des Selbstbewusstseins und der Selbstverteidigung.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank an den Robinson Club Chef Okan, der sich um jeden Gast kümmert und jederzeit für alle Belange zur Verfügung steht - selbst am Buffet beim Frühlingsrollen drehen 😀

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great end to our Vietnam trip
Pros:

We were quite hesitant when booking ( as the reviews were mixed) and only decided at short notice - we booked a pool seefront villa. The whole resort is spotless clean, the pools are great, there is childcare and the staff communicates on eye level. Of course the rooms do not have the newest furniture but the towels are new and plenty, the mattresses are also new. Also the beach is a wide stretch and it is the only hotel on this beach. The sand is soft and white. We have slept in 9 hotels in our Vietnam trip and together with Topas Ecolodge these were the top 2.

Cons:

The shop is way too expensive also the trips they offer
