everytime we have to walk down to the reception to ask for bathing gel shampoo, I don't know why there is only one set of that in the double room I stayed with my wife. Moreover, there is no coffee provided in the room of such called 4-star hotel.
Toilet, bathroom is really clean. Bed and room clean daily.
Next door guests speak too loud. They often leave door open during the conversation. A bit annoying to relax.

The hotel room is clean and the cleaners clean it every day. Bed is very comfortable and has no bad smell. The breakfast is nice at a very reasonable price.

The AC was great, the room was rather spacious and clean.

The view of the beach and ocean in the distance is not bad! It's close to the quieter part of the beach.
There's not much to do near the hotel. Other than a couple of cafés in the vicinity, all the great places to eat at are a long walk or a Grab ride away. The hotel has discontinued its restaurant and café or so I was informed.
I was given a room different from the one I'd booked. With a slightly better view but no bathtub.
