Cleanliness, modern design, breakfast, receptionist Huy was really friendly.
It’s right by a karaoke bar and it gets really loud.
Es war alles top. Super Personal super Lage. Gerne wieder die Zimmer sind auch sehr groß.
Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer, Klimaanlage
Im Bad war etwas Schimmel, es ist aber auch einfach grundsätzlich ein sehr feuchtes Klima in Tam Coc somit schwer zu vermeiden.

Modern and very clean Hotel. Staff were very good and also very helpful. Young man at reception speaks english very well and will arrange tours or transport for you.

The hotel is in a great location, just slightly off of the main road so you don’t have to walk out into a traffic every day, but within a 3-5 minute walk of everything on the main drag of Tam Coc. The staff is quite friendly and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. The balcony looking out onto the garden was lovely to hang out on.
It’s not on the main drag, but it’s close enough to pick up some noise. So be warned, you may be able to hear some people yelling or singing karaoke nearby. However, it should be mentioned that if you want to stay in central Tam Coc, this is inevitable at nearly every property.
The one change I’d suggest that the property could make is some small tables/chairs on the balcony. They let me borrow some chairs from downstairs, but since there’s a large balcony and a nice view, the option to sit outside and relax (or have drinks or food) would be nice.

Quasiment tout était très bien... Chambre propre, agréable, lit confortable, et surtout la personne de l'hôtel à qui nous avons eu affaire était très sympathique et très serviable. Merci beaucoup à lui.
Malheureusement, et c'est pour ça que nous mettons un 5 au lieu d'un 10. C'est extrêmement bruyant. La chambre est juste au dessus du seul bar dansant / karaoke aussi bruyant de la ville. Impossible de dormir avant qu'il coupe la musique, vers 23h / minuit. C'est vraiment dommage car ça nous a gâché le séjour.
