Worst apartment ever
Pros:

I arrived and already apartment wasn't cleaned on time

Despite asking personel to close doors after they have done cleaning she left it open with my belongings inside

There was no toilet paper provided and after I asked for it it took six days to finally bring it there.

The worst apartment I have ever booked.

They completely misrepresented the apartment. It’s not 4 stars. It’s not even 1 star in my opinion. The apartment is in an extreme poor condition and dirty. I checked in late and went out for dinner and came back to see the horror. I immediately contacted the owner and booking.com. The owner offered to send someone to clean the apartment. However, the condition of the apartment was so poor that cleaning would not even be enough. In addition, the owner needed to make sure everything is clean before the guests arrive. I took the pictures of everything. There were used soaps in the shower with hair on it. Toilet sink was dirty. The kitchen sink was so dirty that I have never seen anything like that. The mattress was disgustingly dirty and they put a thin sheet on it to sleep on it. There was no blanket or sheet to put on. The headrest was so dirty. I slept that night with my clothes on the mattress and cover the pillow with my clothes. The fridge was off and bad smell coming out. There was fluid stains on the door. Unbelievably dirty. I checked out early morning. I contacted the owner for partial refund he didn’t even bother to reply. I offered to send him the pictures for the next guests, he didn’t respond. I complained to booking.com. They didn’t respond. They had 4 stars on the apartment. No protection at all from booking.com against these kind of owners. I flew from Tokyo to see this after long flight. Very disappointing. When things go wrong , booking.com disappears. Never again use there services. FYI. I made a video of the apartment but I can’t only submit pictures. Below are some.

Brilliant stay in Manila
Pros:

One of the best stays in Manila. Sea view from the balcony. Opp Robinsons place. Centrally located Sewell equipped. Will come back if I return to Manila Perfect for solo travellers or couples.

Cons:

Maybe put some sugar and salt in the kitchen. Test was excellent
