Buffet breakfast was okay, maybe some more variety?
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location—right next to District 1, so it is within walking distance of everything but tucked away from the main city noise. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning; although it is a bit small, we were lucky to have it almost entirely to ourselves during our stay.
The breakfast was disappointing as it lacked variety and the bread was extremely hard—almost impossible to cut or eat. Additionally, while the location is great for sightseeing, it can be quite difficult to find food options in the immediate area late at night.
Comfortable stay in a hotel with decor that felt special and uniquely Vietnam. The staff is very attentive handling bags and opening doors for you
The only thing I could complain about is that the gym is outdoors and therefore very hot in the spring/summer, but you're not going there to work out
Breakfast was very good and location
I didn’t like that one lady behind the bar (I think it was cleaner sitting there) looking to me strange when I was drinking tequila,it was very awkward. The lady selling in the bar was good.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Unser Flug ging erst abends, aber wir konnten problemlos unser Gepäck im Hotel lagern und abends vor dem Abflug noch die Duschen etc. beim Pool nutzen.

Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options. High tea was fun and the bartender was very accommodating. Loved the location!
The bidet in my room worked poorly.
We liked everything. The room was very comfy, spotless clean, modern and with a very nice interior design.
The pool area on the rooftop was not very big, but perfect with a beautiful pool with massage jets overlooking HCMC and nice, cosy relaxing areas. The included afternoon tea was a most welcome gift and the breakfast was fabulous with enough variety.
The location was also perfect, the staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff were superb and very helpful about informing us about the local area, for which the hotel was extremely well placed. The rooms were well-appointed, comfortable, clean and quiet, and the common facilities (bar, pool, rooftop area), although small in area, were well organised, equipped and clean. The breakfast was generally good with a broad range of options.
The bar closed quite early (9pm or 10pm depending on where you consulted), which felt like an opportunity missed as there were generally guests in the bar at this time. The breakfast selection wasn't always replenished very quickly - in particular, if you attended within the final half hour, there was little left to choose from.
Staff were great Breakfast options were good.
Beds a little uncomfortable. Pool access not until 10am way too late. Up at 6am and very hot. Pool access would be perfect early.
Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super um die Innenstadt fußläufig zu erkunden. Wir wurden vom Hotel aus vom Flughafen abgeholt und das lief alles super. Generell war die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel im Vorfeld super.
