Great location, very friendly staff, good food. The hotel is small enough to have a boutique hotel vibe.

Great location to explore the war museum, historical sights, good food and coffee. Rooms were good, breakfasts great and was lovely to have afternoon tea (included) by the pool each afternoon. Sometimes watching the storm clouds gather. A cosy clean and quiet retreat from Saigon's hectic traffic. Staff were always courteous, generous with their time and support, helped with additional information if needed, and supportive of requests for extra water etc. Breakfasts were a wonderful start to the day and was a great mix of Asian and western cuisine. The Pho breakfasts were the best : )
Crossing the roads of Saigon is the adventure part of the holiday. Some quite hectic times crossing major roads (which the Vietnamese don't do - they use their scooters) and being that we drive on the opposite side of the road to VIetnam, it was always difficult to predict where the traffic was coming from (different rules too, allowing scooters and cars to turn even on a pedestrian walkway. Hierarchy of traffic is trucks, buses, cars, scooters and then finally pedestrians : ). All part of the fun an adventure if you are up for this.
Location and people were decent
TV sound was terrible, the pool was close for multiple days for cleaning, the person that was supposed to pick me up At the airport forgot and I waited over an hour to be picked up. The hotel had some construction on multiple nights, the bed was not comfortable, the gym was tiny, the food was ok

Restaurant food could have been better
Found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great plenty of variety also afternoon tea was great when we were there. Pool was good perhaps the area a little small but enjoyed it. Andy who works there was very helpful with tips on transport,directions and areas of interest. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on both occasions.

Room was clean with complimentary bottled water. We were greeted upon arrival straightaway from our vehicle.
Breakfast was really good. Also we got afternoon tea at the rooftop.
Swimming pool was surprisingly cool and refreshing though a bit small.
Lobby has a great decor and the lollies were delicious, you must try, so many flavours.
Bathtub side is way too wide. You need to hold on as you get out of the shower.
We tried to settle our bill beforehand to save time like we always do.
They said it only takes few minutes, and we could settle the bill once we leave the room. It is ok, we understand every business has their own way of working.
But the eftpos machine wasn't working at time of check-out and we didn't have enough local currency on us. Luckily they accepted AUD.

The rooms are comfortable and cleaned everyday if you’d like. Staff were lovely and the location is great!! Close to lots of attractions without feeling like you’re smack bang in the city center. The pool is STUNNING and the loved the happy hour lol. Would recommend to everyone to stay here!
