Pros:

Clean spacious rooms

Cons:

They was constant antisocial behaviour from young boys racing motorbikes up and down the road from the hotel in the early hours of the morning, every night this happened.

Friendly & attentive receptionist.
Location is at city center which is easily to reach out to anywhere and hotel is surrounding with great deal of restaurants and local food options. Highly recommended.

There are a lot of restaurants, cafe open in the evening near the hotel, so the hotel location is super convenient.

Great location, Hospitable staffs, Clean room
Pros:

Located in the heart of the city. Convenient to go to cafe shops, restaurants and drug stores,… if you need to.
All the facilities are new and fresh. The room for 6 is spacious with 3 large beds. The bathroom is very clean. The shower is strong which I like it.
Also love the hospitality of the staffs here. They are really helpful and if you have any problems or questions, they will support you and give you the solution.
Definitely gonna go back here if I visit Phan Rang - Ninh Thuan again.
