apart from the location, i was really disappointed expecially since it was called an apartment
Pros:

the room was clean and the place seems secured with a gateman

Cons:

for an apartment I was expecting to be able to do a few things on my own, but there was no provision for that.
no microwave, no utensils, no plates/spoons, only an electric kettle and tea cup. no welcome bottle of water and you have to provide all for yourself at extra cost.

It was worth value for money.
Pros:

I had a plate of complementary breakfast which I didn’t expect and my car was washed before I came down stairs which I also didn’t expect my car to be washed. Over all, I am very happy with the services and I would come back again.

Nightmare. Worst hotel experience in 30 years.
Pros:

The front desk lady on my first night on Sunday 30.March.2025 (can’t remember her name but I think it starts with ‘B’,) is an epitome of service. Professional, courteous, proactive and just excellent but the one who took over from her on Monday, 31st is just bad for the business.
The rooms are super small and the loo area requires some side walking to sit on the bowl. The aircon in my room was basically gushing out water throughout Monday evening till Tuesday morning making it impossible to sleep restfully in a hotel room! Worse is that the receptionist lady for that day never picks calls and is never at the front desk to even attempt to switch me to another room, since their technician was not on duty overnight.
