Stilvolle Alternative zu den üblichen Kettenhotels. Freundliches Personal, gute Lage
Excellent location. The breakfast was very good with very good choices. History of the hotel. Room nice and clean and comfortable beds.
The parking.
Very friendly helpful staff
Nice clean room with river view
We were guests at a 40th wedding anniversary. Food was excellent for the anniversary & venue beautiful in the garden.
Paid £336 for 3 room which we're very date & remind me of an old carvan in the 80's. Breakfast was luke warm & the same with the water for the tea.
We were pleased with the hotel itself as well as the beautiful setting by the Thames. The double room overlooked the rear garden and river. It was a lovely room with plenty of space and a sofa and dressing table. Both rooms I'd booked had tea and coffee facilities.
Breakfast was very good, although some yoghurt and cut fruit would have made it perfect.
The twin room was much smaller than the other although had comfortable beds. Despite the fan, it was incredibly hot. This was not helped by a sash window that would scarcely open. Sadly, this was on the side of the hotel with absolutely no view except a sloping roof immediately outside the window, so not even a glimpse of nature. I think this was made worse by the fact that the other room I booked was so pleasant.
Fantastic location on the river for walking The Thames Path and close to all amenities but in a lovely quiet area. Lovely character property especially the outside and gardens.
Confort de la chambre
Taille de la salle de bain et petit déjeuner succinct.
The setting was beautiful. The staff were helpful. The room was clean.
Sad that we didn’t have any view from the room and couldn’t open the window very far.
Location
Poor breakfast. Food was bare minimum for that hotel rating. Only one member of staff at breakfast trying his utmost to clear tables, top up food, but there were too many guests for one person, so a lot of waiting for sufficient food.
Reception was very friendly and efficient. Beautiful setting on the river bank.
Single room was very small and very hot. Window may have opened but there was a desk in front of it so I couldn't reach it to try. Fan provided made a terrible noise. Shower cubicle was tiny and difficult to get into and when the shower was on full the tray filled with water.
