Très bon endroit.
Pros:

La proximité, le personnel de l’hôtel poli et rapide.
Cela est propre et calme.

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et a tout fait pour nous accueillir en nous parlant en français.
Il y a restaurant sur place, avec de bons plats italiens, et certains plats sont proposés en portions enfants ou séniors (super idée !).
Les chambres familiales sont équipées d'une table et il y a le nécessaire pour se faire chauffer de l'eau. Nous y étions par un temps maussade, du coup nous avons apprécié de pouvoir déguster une tisane en fin de soirée et j'ai pu me préparer un Thermos de thé avant de quitter l'hôtel.
L'accès à Europapark se fait vraiment facilement et rapidement à pieds. Nous reviendrons volontiers !

Fijn hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goed en gezellig eten. Top locatie!
Pros:

De locatie is echt top! Fijn dat het hotel eigen parkeergelegenheid heeft. De medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor mijn jongste zoon was er glutenvrij eten mogelijk. Ik zou er zeker nog eens naar toe gaan. Wij verbleven er 2 nachten. Na een nacht werd de kamer opgeruimd en nieuwe handdoeken neergelegd. Erg netjes!

Cons:

De douchecabine lekt. De douchekop ook. Er hing een briefje dat we zelf moesten dweilen anders zouden ze extra kosten rekenen. Dat was echt het enige dat ik minder goed vond. Verder echt prima

5min vom Europapark zu Fuss errreichbar. Sauber, Frühstück top, Personal sehr freundlch, Parkplatz vorhanden. Preis Leistung stimmt. Wir kommen wieder.

Great location and a perfect place to stay with two kids.
Pros:

This is the perfect location if you are going to Europa Park. We were very pleased with the bunk beds for the kids. The entire downtown area is spotless. It’s one of the cleanest towns I have ever seen.

Cons:

We had a difficult time exiting the hotel because the entrance we came in was blocked so we had to exit and enter through the restaurant.

Bien placé et confortable.

Cons:

Compliqué d’y rentrer et d’y sortir. Il faut passer par la terrasse du restaurant et le soir il faut passer par une autre pièce du restaurant. Rien n’est indiqué. Une partie du personnel du restaurant ne parle pas français.
Il n’y a jamais personne à la réception. On ne savait ni à quelle heure ni où aurait lieu le petit déjeuner …
On ne savait pas non plus comment faire le check out (le Check in se fait en ligne).

Pros:

Tout était parfait, accueil, chambre propre, grande et emplacement très paisible!!! Même en plein centre, et à 5 min à pied du parc.

Das zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück hatte alles was das herz begehrt.
Die Nähe zum europapark ist fast nicht zu toppen.

Cons:

Es war komisch das da wo hotel Eingang stand zu war und wir durch das Restaurant laufen mussten mit unserem Gepäck.
Es wäre schön eine eine stehlampe neben der couch zu haben. Damit man das Licht dimmen könnte .
