Es gab eine sehr kurzfristige Stornierung durch den Vermieter. Wir hatten die Unterkunft im Voraus bezahlt und sie war von unserer Seite her nicht stornierbar. Deshalb fand ich den Vorschlag des Vermieters, wir sollten doch stornieren, dann würde er uns das Geld zurückgeben, sehr suspekt. Wir haben unser Geld dann via Booking eingefordert, was nach einigem hin und her auch geklappt hat.

The pet fee in the terms and conditions were extremely misleading and hugely expensive at £50
Clean and comfortable apartment that met our needs. We appreciated having a kitchen and a washing machine. The host was very helpful and communicative.
The lock box was hard to find (at the end of the block and not in front of the house) and the dishwasher was broken (host alerted us just prior to our arrival). The price was the most expensive of our entire trip.
The contact with Muhammad was exceptional. He was responsive, courteous and extremely helpful. He provided clear instructions about checking in and advised on how to use the appliances. The location of the apartment is perfect to get anywhere in London. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

This is the perfect apartment for a central London trip .
The location is fantastic and very close to all of Lodondon`s main attractions. We loved the Harrods shopping mall around the corner where you can get anything you might wish.
Most listings we saw didn’t have a full kitchen, so we appreciated that this one did, plus a washing machine which was a lifesaver.
We didn’t have any issues during the stay, moreover the host offered some very useful tips .
I’d highly recommend staying with such a friendly and thoughtful host!
P.S. We saved loads of money as the hotel situated on the same street less than 200 m would charged us for a flat smaller than this 3200 gbp per night for two people

By far my best stay in London. I knew the location was great but not that much. The road is so cute! Villagey and peaceful vibe but minutes away from all the greatness of central London.
Less than 10 min to Harrods. Super nice shops and cosy places to have a drink, coffee or some food on the same street!!
The place itself was simply delightful, loved the distribution, the furniture, how everything was set. Kitchen had everything I could wish for.
Honestly, I felt like home from beginning to end.
Check in and check out was easy and smooth and the host was a really nice lady who I enjoyed a chat with while recommending me lots of stuff.

I am greatly disappointed with my experience staying at this apartment and the service I received from the property agent.
1. Serious water leakage in bathroom
The bathroom ceiling had a “waterfall” like water leakage issue from the mounting hole of light bulb at midnight during my
2nd night of stay, lasting for 15 minutes.
2. Property agent denying a promised 3 nights refund
Having fully paid for 5 nights stay at this apartment, we reported the issue to the property agent, requested for 3 remaining nights refund and moved out on 3rd day morning.
(We believe the request of 3 nights refund is more than reasonable that we didn't ask for refund of the terrible 2nd night nor any compensation on ruination of my family trip schedule on day 3.)
Even with message written agreement of the requested refund before we moving out on the 3rd day morning, the property agent finally DENIED the refund nor any compensation.
Please re-consider before booking this property!
I hope everyone won't face such an unhappy experience during your valuable vacations.
(UPDATE) Response re property agent message below:
1. There was a serious water leakage in the bathroom which we had shared the VIDEO clip proof with agent side on Day 3 morning.
2. We had communicated clearly thru Whatsapp with agent side on Day 3 morning before we left the apartment. Within 15 minutes after we've shared the video to agent, they replied their understanding of our willingness to move out immediately and promised the refund of remaining 3 nights.
3. In the same message chain, we were also told by the agent how to return key to the key safe locking on the street and the way to claim the refund thru booking.com.
All of the above are with clear MESSAGE EVIDENCE which we had shared those proof to booking.com as well.
Frankly it's not worthy to spend any further of my time, yet just can't tolerate the arrogance and lies here.
