Perfect and affordable. Will definitely be back.
Pros:

the unit is very clean and the owner has provided all the extra stuff I need like extra bed sheets and towels. Owner is very approachable.

Cons:

There were small cockroaches but this is a building problem as I've been renting Shell units since 2020 and this has been a common problem.

Cozy, great location, responsive host, lots of room, great for deep sleepers!
Pros:

Cozy, good location, great pools, amenities nearby, lots of space.

Cons:

It's very noisy with the main road outside the bedroom. If you're a light sleeper, this is not the place for you, even with ear plugs.

With Anne excellent experience. With Shell mgt poor.
Pros:

The host can be reached easily with her phone number. I would come back to this place because its a walking distance to everything especially to MOA

Cons:

I did not like the Shell management who are not flexible to certain situations. Shell management were very slow to repond to the host’s communications.

Everything is there for what you need in a condominium, comport for sleep on the night you have the window of lights feature mall of asia.cook your own food, easy check in and out and arrangements of the room you felt home, we stay 7 nights and still want more.

There was a provlem at the front.. The host told us to call the person in charge of the unit We lucky that one of my cousin will be able to use her phone. We waited in the lobby for awhile..

Pros:

The unit has everything you need and it is very clean. Host owner Ms. Ann is very accommodating. The unit is perfect for concert goers specially it is just 5 minutes walk from SM MOA since most of the concert events are held at MOA Arena. Would recommend this one for those who are looking for a good and well priced place to stay.

It was enjoyable overall, except for a few hiccups and some miscommunication around early check-in.
Pros:

It exceeded my expectations in terms of preparedness and facilities available at the property we stayed in.

Cons:

Roaches, the blankets were smelly, not sure if those we even washed.

If you dont like roaches, you should not stay here.
Pros:

The property was very close to airport and MOA.

Cons:

Room 1122 the first unit we had, but it was invaded by cockroaches. Lots of baby roaches. They moved us to room 1103, still have roaches. They said they had a pest control recently.
