Overpriced and terrible service recovery
Pros:

Onsite manager was good but only present 4-6 hours and you only meet if timing aligns. self serve and terrible for the numerous service shortfalls we faced.

Cons:

Booking.com rate was 3x $$$$$ the weekend rate and 2 week no cancellation lock gave no flex. We were told via email, breakfast was included and then arrival was told it wasnt. Staff member told us to wait to resolve (as they couldn’t) w other staff the next am. Expensive ($21/night) Parking in elevator garage so tight my husband refused to move the car the 3 days we were there. Plus parking rate of $21/day was for 12-18 hour hotel timing. Said they would charge us more if we didnt get out of garage by 12:00 last day.

Automatic door open, Toilet room light illuminates the whole bedroom and awakens EVERYONE. Upon request, manager agreed to meet w us and didnt show up.
Don’t stay here.

Het toilet was super modern maar we begrepen er niks van…massage? Eigenlijk dus allemaal goed :)

Una Hotel encantador al centre de Córdoba.
Pros:

Ens ha encantat TOT, la situació, la decoració, l’espai, la tranquilitat, l’atenció, una habitació molt còmode, i el bany innovador. Vam aparcar el cotxe a l’altre Hotel que tenen a 5’ però ens van deixar carregar i descarregar a costat de l’allotjament.
