GOOD LOCATION, Close to MOA
Pros:

The location is perfect. Close to everything. Apartment was well cleaned. Owner is responsive and easily available when needed.

Cons:

The bed was small for 2 person making it uncomfortable to stretch out.
The information on booking.com was misleading as there is no balcony at the apartment , there was a big glass window instead.
I had a small issue on the payment as it clearly says Php3033.60 for 2 nights however, upon questioning I was told that there was a fee charged by booking.com that is why she charged me php3397.
Still waiting for booking.com to clarify the change on the rate.
Though it was a small amount, I am surprised as this is the first time I was charged incorrectly using booking.com

Great location and great staff and clean
Pros:

The staff was easy to contact and very flexible and accommodating. The location was great and near the mall and the arena where we were watching the concert. The place was clean

> bed can accom 2 small to medium built frame. They have extra 1 single mattress and convertible chair which can fit to i guess 2 small- med built persons.
> near coffee shop, noodle house, atm machine, and convinience stores.
>sockets are not universal, so bring adaptor in case your phone/pc charger is the one with rounded tip or 3 pin plug
> needs an additional table inside the unit
> the socket in the kitchen is too high for the length of the kettle cord
> maybe you can add a flat iron?

Had a wonderful time at the place. Recommended.
Pros:

The host was very accomodating. Everything in the description is present. No issues at all. Aircon was very cold, which our kids loved. Kudos!

Cons:

Had to kill a few bugs but I think it came from outside via the exhaust of the restroom which was not functioning at the time. Not an issue for us at all.

Cons:

We booked for 3 but they only offered 2 blankets, the blanket is for single use and even thinner than the curtain. I asked for extra but the lady kept on insisting that they already provided 2 (again the booking was for 3, and the 2 blanket is too small). They have 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels/bath sheets. I requested extra bath towel as a bath sheet cannot cover anything not even wrap around the hair but she insisted that they already have 4 towels in the room.

We've been travelling and using condotels for more than 7 years, 3 average trips in a year, this is the most uncomfortable stay we have experienced. We used the blanket we received from Victory Liner (Royal Class Ticket) just so one could sleep with a blanket and I even took pictures of my friends because they connected their VL blanket to the blanket they provided that was too small for even one person to use.

They claimed they have washer, which is not true too.

I have video and pictures of the unit and the towels and blankets just in case they dispute my claims. Even screenshots of our conversations.
