Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Amy's Place in Sea Residences! The unit was clean, cozy, and exactly as advertised. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from Mall of Asia, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring the area.

May was an excellent host too. She was friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Mall of Asia!

it was worth what i was paying for. i just had difficulty sleeping due to the noise outside.

GOOD LOCATION, Close to MOA
Pros:

The location is perfect. Close to everything. Apartment was well cleaned. Owner is responsive and easily available when needed.

Cons:

The bed was small for 2 person making it uncomfortable to stretch out.
The information on booking.com was misleading as there is no balcony at the apartment , there was a big glass window instead.
I had a small issue on the payment as it clearly says Php3033.60 for 2 nights however, upon questioning I was told that there was a fee charged by booking.com that is why she charged me php3397.
Still waiting for booking.com to clarify the change on the rate.
Though it was a small amount, I am surprised as this is the first time I was charged incorrectly using booking.com
