It was dirty there was rubbish under the beds and marks on the bed that looked new, no cot for my baby to sleep in as I had requested and was told it would be provided when I asked for a refund because we did not stay at the location and the cameras can prove that my partner my baby and I left, we then had to spend more money on another hotel to accommodate my child

Location was great, right outside the train station.
They were kind enough to allow early check-in, and offered late check out if needed.

Cons:

It had everything you needed... BUT was overpriced for the space you get.
The room was a lot smaller than in the pictures, was very cramped especially for 3 people, and had stained curtains/bedding (very suspicious stains). There were dirty socks in the drawer, and no extra blankets (only thin duvet cover). The main double bed rolled into the centre so felt like we were sleeping on a small angle.

If it was cheaper I would say decent value but I guess location location location.

It looked nothing like the photos, there was dirty floors with used water bottles everywhere, the furniture and layout looks nothing like the photos bed sheets looked like they were from the 80’s and the wind near the window is very very loud all night, the images are edited not real

Location was good.

Cons:

Bedding wasn't great, synthetic doona, no sheet. Airconditioning was on a permanent timer. Had to leave the window open as there is a whistle through the front door otherwise. No tv, cable not there
