Advice to rest of tourist who tend to book in Booking.com be aware of my situation is nvr fully sure
Pros:

Location is about 7 mins from the port if you do not mind continuous dog barking starting from 8pm till next morning 8am. Not over exaggerating as the whole neighbourhood has dogs. Each house holds have 2 or 3 dogs. I , myself have dogs & a dog lover but not like this whole night barking of dogs . Only manage to sleep in day time & decided to check out next day realising it's hopeless to stay longer.

Cons:

Booking.com is the one I book Jmall Island Tourist Inn Dinagat & arrived around 1030am as we understand check in is around 2pm. So we left our luggage at the lobby & came back at check in time. This is the rude shock, even fully paid & with confirmation room number. The receptionist says they have no association with booking.com when we arrived back. Questions is why do we receive a reminder email about our check in Dinagat. I will nvr ever book my hotels in future with this platform. My holiday in Dinagat turn into disaster. Nvr visited any tourist attraction as the JMall gentleman assisted us looking for other accommodation. Few minutes walk from JMall. Did not sleep whole night as continuous barking of dogs at Vince Lodge. Owner was not present but workers not sure whats going on & we had top more money for staying a ridiculously lodge for 3 day 2 nights but we stayed 2 days 1 night.

Avoid the place
Pros:

Unfortunately, there was nothing we did like....

Cons:

The place has very basic standards and is not recommended for foreign tourists. For example wifi advertised, but of course no wifi. The Jmalls travel and tours which is in the same building, was maybe before a good travel company. But those days are over. Now I wouldn't recommend them for the boat trips, almost everything went wrong with them. The rooms for overnight sleeps were also terrible. We stayed there 2 nights, but we booked later a room in other hotel, with much better standards. Food poisoning was also an issue, and if I couldn't go for the trip because of dhiarea, I wasn't offered a refund. The owner is interested only to collect the money from guests for boat trips, but don't really care about your satisfaction. Even the safety standards on the boat are low. No life jackets, low hygiene standards with cooking etc... In one sentence: Avoid these rooms and especially avoid the travel agency Jmalls travel and tours.

Pros:

The location is good. There were restaurants near the place and it is not too far from the port. At least one of the staff was smiling.

Cons:

The toilet was not clean and you barely have room to take a shower. The toilet seat is for kids. It was so low that you have to really squat to use it. There were clothes that look like underwears stuffed beside the air conditioning to fill in the gap between the wall and the AC. The towels looked very well used.
