Important information:

Please note that the apartments are fully equipped and guests will be charged for any damages made in the apartments.

Please note that cleaning is included every two days. Daily cleaning is available at an extra cost, please contact the hotel directly for arrangements.

Please note that check-in and check-out take place at Troia Welcome Center (GPS coordinates: 38.4929456, -8.9021482,17) which is open from 8am to 10pm. After 10pm, you will need to go to Editory By The Sea Troia Hotel (GPS coordinates: 38º 29' 26 N, 8º 54' 02 W).

All reservations except non refundable must be paid at check-in.

Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted.

The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel.

Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment. Underwhelmed by Tróia and Appartment.
Pros:

Large space and a good location in theory.

Cons:

Property was poorly stocked. Lack of cooking utensils made cooking a challenge. No dishwasher detergent, no or scrub brush or sponge for cleaning dishes. No paper towels or napkins. 2nd shower head was broken so you had to hold the handheld unless you were under 4 foot tall.
Outside of summer - nothing is open. We were there late October and only one or two restaurants were open.
