The staff made our stay there very special
Pros:

We were welcomed in a warmly, and our room was spacious and clean. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Two young ladies went out of their way to get my wife coffee and cake late at night. We felt touched by their kind service and attention to detail and felt we were important to them. Many thanks, lovely people.

Breakfast was included, and it was delicious.

Cons:

Guests smoked in the corridors, making the corridors very smelly and unpleasant to walk through. Honestly, this hotel should be smoke-free.

The hotel should impose a penalty o guests who smoke inside the premises.
