El lugar es muy agradable natural las instalaciones perfectas

Cons:

No hay señalización desde 10km antes de llegar al lugar ,no hay ilusión en la entrada al hotel en la noche no se distingue nada y no hay internet en el trayecto para llegar falta señalización es muy importante

Cons:

Casi tenemos un accidente ya que un escalón de la escalera que conducía a la habitación, se desprendió y casi nos caemos, afortunadamente no sucedió mayor cosa pero tuvimos una lesión en la muñeca. Nos dieron otra habitación pero esta no estaba limpia. El agua del lavamanos y la ducha de otra de las habitaciones tenía un olor a estancado. No recibimos ninguna cortesía por el tema del escalón, que realmente pudo ser más grave.

Pros:

The cabin overlooking the river was great, and one or two of the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the pool is great.

Cons:

This lodge was probably wonderful when new but is now past its sell-by date and in need of some serious improvement. The atmosphere was lacking, not helped by traffic noise from the adjacent road. There was no welcome when we arrived - the guy in reception didn’t even look up from his phone until prompted and seemed disinterested and reluctant to help with our luggage. The breakfast was good but food from the restaurant menu disappointing. Water in the bathroom smelled like raw sewage. Our bedding was stained and the bedside light didn’t work.

Incredibly relaxing, the food was amazing and we were surrounded by nature
Pros:

Gorgeous layout, all the buildings blend in perfectly with nature. There’s no TVs in the rooms, so it lets you disconnect from technology. The pool and Jacuzzi were super clean, the view is amazing. Sleeping with the sound of the river in the background is the most relaxing experience ever. Location is great, no noise from the city. All you can hear are the birds singing during the day and the crickets at night.

Cons:

Our cabin was very clean but there were a lot of spiderwebs on the ceiling and the window screens were a bit dirty

They wanted to charge me $25 USD for a bag of laundry that came back to me still wet. I refused to pay and had to speak with management regarding this.
