Pros:

The toilet was neat and clean. but furniture in the room was very poor. Tv remote was not working. Door locking system is also not standard.

Dismal.
Pros:

Room was spacious. AC worked well.

Cons:

Place was dirty. Sheets had not been changed. Took staff a long time to find fresh sheets. Had to change them myself, no help offered. No hot water.Location is not great either. No restaurants or shops nearby.

Pros:

The hotel had a reasonably big room and the air conditioner worked perfectly. There was a wall mounted flat screen tv but I didn't use it. The bathroom was clean and bedsheets were changed on request. Bottled drinking water was available for free. The room had a balcony looking out over the street below, though I never used it. There is a gym, with good equipment, in the neighbouring building, which charges 100 rupees per day.

Cons:

The first 3 days there was hardly any water in the bathroom. However, the plumbing was sorted out when I called and complained to the proprietor, who leaves everything to his reception staff and is never present there. There is no laundry facility and no laundries in the vicinity. There are not many restaurants or bars or shopping centers in the area. The hotel is meant for business people as there is nothing much to do in the area.

No lift,All rooms on second floor,the reception is on ground floor,No intercom.Old worn out furniture.AC was not much effective.Bathroom water some times flows in the Bedroom needs granite strip to avoid such occurances.No Room service.Language is a problem cannot understand English nor Hindi.Needs tea maker in the room.
