Overall a nice place to stay. Good value for money.
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has good services and is well located. The pillow and mattress were really nice.

Cons:

The individual room is very very small. Even if individual, there should be enough space to open a big suitcase. Which was difficult to do. Also there were some hair on the toilet seat when I arrived.

Great in Exciting Osaka!!
Pros:

I've stayed here many times and would stay here again, I always ask for a high-up floor but it's very quiet and friendly. Last time I forgot my converter and they had one to lend me. The receptionists are very kind and speak great English. My conference kept being moved and I had to re-book every day (!) but they were never mad with me and made sure I kept my room. It's right by some amazing bakeries, I can't recommend this place highly enough!

酒店位置好

Cons:

酒店竟然沒有清理前一位住客遺留的飲品，這是我第一次在日本遇到這種情況。
另外，我住的房間窗戶面向曾根崎通，而床前窗戶只有百葉簾，不能遮光(見附圖，這是我在凌晨2點拍的照片)，完全不能入睡。
不明白Google和booking會有如此高分，可能其他人的房間不是面向大馬路。
我是想試試Daiwa Roynet Hotel的品牌才選擇這間酒店，沒想到體驗如此差。希望酒店能加裝遮光窗簾。
還有窗戶使用了壓花玻璃，看不見窗外風景，那顯得更沒用而晚上透光得令人難受。我不會再來這間酒店。

It's a convenient stay in center of Osaka.
Pros:

The convenient location, breakfast quality (served at the nearby cafe shop, not within the hotel),the friendly, very helpful and smiling local FO staff, the double size bed and ample facilities in the room.

Cons:

I really can't remember if I booked a smoking or non-smoking room and was assigned a smoking room on arrival. The smell of the room was not great as you all can imagine. Even I tried to turn on the aircon and air filter for many hours, it barely improved the smell in the room.
The room also had no view at all, even it had a window. They should have told me about that.
