Pros:

房間乾淨、員工素質良好，地點離杭州景點跟車站算近

Cons:

1.暖氣空調太熱且不能關，白天跟晚上都有點熱到受不了
2.因為寫杭州东站希爾頓原本以為會在杭州東站五分鐘路程，但實際走大約要十幾分鐘，對於要提行李的人有點費力

Comfortable stay
Pros:

easy access from Bullet Train East station & subway metros. Next to a big shopping mall with lots of restaurants. The room was clean. Staff are friendly. The hotel has free self-served laundry washer & dryer.

Cons:

Maybe with bell boy in the doorway to assist heavy luggage?
