We had an unexpected problem meaning we had to leave after 2 days of a week's booking. The hosts were extremely understanding & refunded all of our money, although I was prepared to pay for the 2 days. They were responsive & communicative immediately, even coming to see us the day we left & allowing us to stay on until we could re-locate.. I understand the problem was attended to immediately after we left. Had that not happened, we would have stayed all week as planned. The air con is excellent, smooth & quiet. The bed is comfortable, as is the sofa. WiFi works reliably. Netflix is available straight away on the quality TV; I usually have to plug my laptop in to watch. There are enough pots/pans etc to cook simply. The lifts are quick. There are shops underneath the tower or nearby to get provisions or have breakfast if you want it.
It's Philippines, problems sometimes happen. The hosts were gracious & helpful straight away.
Location, everything you may need is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly. Straightforward access to transportation. Incredible eating out facilities nearby.

Excellent apartment fully equipped and well furnished. You have all you need for a comfortable stay. Really enjoyed our stay! Nice view from the balcony! Very well cleaned!! Best choice if you want to stay in Makati! You will find everything you need close by. Well arranged interior, fast internet connection, very good air conditioning, Comfy bed and sofa. All kitchen`s equipment available!!! Towels, bed sheets well washed!! Great communication with host.. Recommend ++++
Once I opened the door I fell in love with the flat complete with everything it’s small spaces very well organised and complete with everything u need. I recommend to everyone who want peaceful and quiet environment for work n leisure.
Everything is perfect there is nothing I don’t like of this flat.
The apartment was cozy and practical for a couple (or of course, solo traveler). And with nice facilities (pool, gym…)
The location was perfect for me (close to the business area and easy access) and for my wife (small mall at walkable distance), and we hit a lovely sushi restaurant just by the place.

the apartment at 29th red residences makati boasts a fantastic location. it’s proximity to various attractions and amenities made exploring makati incredibly convenient.
while the location is excellent, the space might be a bit snug for larger groups. for three/four people, it could feel a little cramped, and moving around might be slightly inconvenient. this wouldn't be a significant issue for a couple or solo traveler, however.
upon arrival, we found some toiletries left behind from previous guests, and the bathroom could have benefited from more thorough cleaning. there were some stains that suggested incomplete cleaning. the overall organization of the space could also be improved.
Well serviced, all amenities you need, very clean and pleasant stay. Would recommend.
