Advice to travelers in India. Always boook a hotel with free cancellation until your check in date.
I payed online when I booked, and after I checked in, they cancelled my reservation. Few days later they tried to make an additional charge to my credit card, but because I had used a temporary digital card, the payment is not going through. Now I am getting emails saying I need to pay more for modifying my booking.
Why is so difficult for them to run a business honestly?
The hotel is already expensive for the location and the quality of the rooms, but still they want to get more advantage of their customers.
Btw. When I paid my room service to the reception guy, he didn't have any change and he wasnt bothered to get any. I didnt have time to go out to look where to break a bill, so finally he had to keep the change.
Staff was accommodating and helpful.
Had to ask for a fresh towel daily and WiFi was an issue for first few days.

Not all toiletries, not enough towels, not much flexibility on check-in / check-out, Room was very damp and moist! Toilet exhaust very noisy. Location not very great!

The property itself is clean, modern, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. My room was spacious, comfortable, and maintained to a high standard. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me as I had some work to catch up on.
