Staff at reception was not very welcoming and helpful compared to all other hotels I stayed in China
Pros:

During check in process the staff told me they cant find my reservation event hough I showed them the booking on my phone.
After a few min he started to check in several guest into their room and make me wait. It was 11pm and I didn't think it is right to make me wait eventhough it was my turn.

First time my room.was super noisy. Next time was better

Didn't offer me breakfast.

The accommodation was very comfortable, particularly the beds. The staff were exceptionally helpful and took the time to assist us and provide guidance, even though we did not speak the local language. We would definitely stay here again

2. 飯店感覺滿新的，整體也相當乾淨。
3. 淋浴間的熱水器還行。

Perhaps due to cultural differences, some design choices take some getting used to — for example, the sink is placed outside the bathroom. 許是文化差異，有些設計還滿不習慣，例如洗手盆設置在外面。
