Staff in the hotel are simply good, never seen such a good customer service
Pros:

All the staff were very helpful, especially Dixsha gave excellent customer service. Room size was big.

Cons:

Breakfast had many dishes but it wasn’t as delicious as other hotels.

Der gesamte Aufenthalt im Hotel Mercure hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und sehr gut. Mr. Sai, Mrs. Afree, Bandali, Bamako und der Chef-Koch Mr. Purna, und alle anderen, haben uns sehr gut betreut. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, speziell Mr. Ali und Mr. Roy. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und das gesamt Personal war außergewöhnlich gut. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Cons:

Wir haben überhaupt keine Beanstandungen.
