Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

Easy ckeck in and out. Brilliant location, as right in the middle of the city and only round the corner from the Crucible theatre

Cons:

Needs some sockets beside the bed to charge phones overnight

Location & food were outstanding. Room small & average, but would stay again
Pros:

Location was perfect for us. Just a stone throw from the Lyceum and Cruicible theatre and the Miller & Carter restaurant within the hotel, where the fabulous breakfast was served. We also booked our evening meal at M&C.
The food both evening meal and breakfast were of very high standard and all staff very professional and polite and friendly. Our evening waiter George, was great.

Cons:

Very small bedroom - but only stayed one night, window so high couldn't see out of it, however no view as it was the back of the hotel, guessing bin area. The room we had was on floor 1, old building so had to go down steps withing the same floor. Our bathroom in our room was up several steps, so not ideal. I will still def book again, but ask if there is a room with a bathroom on the same level as the bedroom. - we had a great stay

Die Lage war super, das Zimmer gemütlich.

Cons:

Leider war mein Zimmer relativ dunkel, aber ich war nur selten im Zimmer, folglich war es ok.

Great staff. Comfy bed Very convenient for the railway station

Cons:

Even though the heatwave was full on there was still a smell of damp. The room had very little light which wasn’t a problem for our one night stay but, would have been irritating for a longer stay

عدم تصريف المياة عند استخدام الشور مقزز
مع ان الأستاذ ليام حاول المساعدة لحل المشكلة
ولكن الرائحة الكريهة في الغرفة ولم يغيروا الغرفة و كأن العميل مسؤول عن تحمل هذا !!!!!
لا يوجد اي تعاون من بوكنق ايضا حتى بوجود هذه المشكلة

Average but didn’t meet expectations
Pros:

Great location, family room available, above the restaurant which was great and no noise from the diners or city centre.

Cons:

The bathroom had a fusty smell, the bed linen was worn, frayed and threadbare. The air con didn’t work very well and with four people in a room it was hot.

Would stay here again

Good location, car park only 5mins walk away
Good size room for 2 adults and a teenager
Staff in restaurant very helpful and let us drop bags off when we arrived early
