The best night’s sleep in a decade! Amazing location
Pros:

The bed was one of the most comfortable ever! The service was exceptional and the location fabulous. And of course, the amazing food!

Pros:

Well appointed, comfortable room in a perfect location for city centre venues. Excellent shower and good blackout curtains.

Cons:

The constant hum from the ventilation system in the bathroom, a bit like in a cabin on a ship, was annoying.

Air-conditioning in room. Bed really comfy.
Door Card entry system and double lock on door. Ideally placed for a show at Sheffield City Hall.
Super restaurant too.

Comfortable clean stay convenient for city centre

Reception staff he was cold couldn’t even smile
He just did the necessary
We had a pushchair he didn’t even bother telling us there were stairs ahead

No one answered the phone when we called reception even though in the room it says call reception if you have an emergency
Luckily it wasnt an emergency!

Brilliant location and great rooms
Pros:

Ace location in the city centre.
Super clean bathroom.
Very comfortable, Superking bed.
Quiet despite being in the middle of town.
Midday checkout was a bonus.

Cons:

Very little to criticise apart from maybe we would’ve booked breakfast if it didn’t finish so early on a weekend (10am).

The socket was on one side of the bed and the table on the other, i think it was a bad layout as it was at up in a twin format
