Outdated and musky
Pros:

Very bog standard for what you’d expect so not much to really say

Cons:

Could have been cleaner in room as it had a musty smell to the room and a bit out dated sheets on bed bed was worn with pulls in them and metals had a massive chip out of it on corner the curtains and nets were like stoping in a hostel very out dated fir the price

I will certainly be telling lots of people.
I work in a hospital so will be telling staff & visitors.

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing we didn't like.
Absolutely credit to all the staff too all so welcoming & polite amazing.

The Hotel was exceptionally clean - The staff were attentive and extremely helpful !

Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, great stay!
Pros:

The location was excellent, very central starting point for exploring Sheffield. The breakfast was delicious! Freshly made to order and the herby sausages and potatoes were amazing! More importantly the staff were super friendly and helpful and were so keen to assist without it being forced or OTT. The room was as described and it was clean and quiet - great stay!!

Cons:

This is not a reflection on the hotel!!! BUT for those who are driving, be mindful that like most cities these days, Sheffield city centre parking especially overnight is expensive!

Excellent value for money, central location, clean and comfy
Pros:

Central location. Lovely big room with comfortable bed, tea and coffee making supplies and aircon as well as liquid shower gel and soap in the bathroom.
Friendly helpful staff and lovely cooked breakfast the next morning.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like but would be even better if there was a bottle of water each in the room.

Better than we expected.
Pros:

Very clean, great location, quiet, aircon, walk in shower.

Cons:

View from the room, we were at the back so not the best view. Breakfast was nice but the coffee, pastries etc could have been better stocked and a bit more generous.
