Poor
Pros:

Decent location, although description said "beach view". it was "view of the next-door neighbors wall" to be specific.

Cons:

The absolute worst nosy neighbors across the parking lot. Older woman minding everyone else's business, shouting parking directions from her balcony. Zero class or respect for guests. Fortunately, we did not let her misery ruin our weekend.

Would not stay here again.
Pros:

View of the ocean from our balcony. Parking available. Owner was kind and responsive.

Cons:

Studio was a bit dirty, all blinds were broken and would not recommend a family staying here as if you need to use the pull out sofa bed, you cannot walk comfortably around the studio.

Beautiful place and location with a great host
Pros:

Beautiful room! Great location! Loved the good vibes sign and the take a bath you dirty hippie! Both were great!

Cons:

Light switches when you come in the dark don't turn anything on. I feel it would make sense to have a lamp plugged into one of the outlets that I assume the switches operate? Other than that a clock and coffee/cream sugar is the only other suggestion. It was beautiful though and location was amazing so overall no REAL complaints..just suggestions? Had an amazing breakfast nearby at a small Cafe so coffee was soon found! Thank you for having us!

Hope host owner solve these issues for future guest.
Pros:

Location is near beach, the landscape is beautiful. It has a place to park.

Cons:

(1) I ordered this room for 3 adult people, but there were only one bed and one sofa. The big problem was the bed had quilt but sofa had no quilt. So our 3 people, only 2 people had quilt and the other people had no quilt. (2) The other question is I can't contract Hotel staff. The host sent me a message that owner living in first floor but I knocked 1st floor rooms but couldn't find him. (3) The third question is the room's WIFI signal was too week to use, so we can't use WIFI in our 306 room, we must went to 1st and 2nd floor to use WIFI. The hotel owner insisted that there was no problem with the network but can't explain why we can use WIFI in 1st and 2nd floor corridor but can't use WIFI in our 3 floor 306 room.

It’s a cute place, could use a clean up , enjoyed our time.
Pros:

Close to beach, if you are young this would be a great place to stay.

Cons:

Three flights of stairs, one roll of TP, coffee grounds left in coffee maker, the bed needs a headboard and needs not be up against the slider. Being 74 years old and using a cane made it difficult for me. Would like to have had the rooms on the front of the building instead of a side view. No one in them, .

Pros:

I highly recommend renting from Sue!, she was quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and cozy and you could see the ocean from the balcony. We will definitely be renting from her again!

Far end of beach
Pros:

Owner was extremely accommodating.
Good side view of ocean from balcony.
Adequate supplies in kitchenette. Unit was clean but had an odd smell. Maybe glue from recent floor or wall installations.

Cons:

Unit is 3rd floor & Beach is not that easy to get to. Unit is very small. No hair dryer in unit

Perfect place for one or two people!
Pros:

I loved how well cared for the property was, the private parking was a bonus as well! When I was reaching out to the owner about a potential earlier arrival they were responsive and helpful! I would love to stay again!

Cons:

Not a lot of space to walk around the bed next to the couch to get to the patio, but it was manageable.

Great stay got our exercise walking back & forth to the strip
Pros:

Clean, nice view, great size, good shower, comfortable bed

Cons:

The only bummer was the pull out couch was broken, but the owner wasn’t aware, so not their fault. Luckily we had a blow up mattress in the car.

Another vehicle was parked in the spot I was assigned, woman who greeted us was not helpful, kinda crude. Weather was bad, not much to do ... left A Day early because we were bored and could get more accomplished at home 🤷‍♀️
