We will mislaidby booking.com at the overall cost of the room. It indicated one and charged a greater amount on their credit card sharp practice completely unacceptable. Won’t use you again.

It’s pricy but you get what you pay for so it’s fine
I had one of the worst hotel welcomes I have ever experienced. There was no valet at the entrance, and we waited 20 minutes before deciding to park our car ourselves, even though parking without a valet was supposedly not allowed.
Then we went to the front desk to get our room keys and had to wait another 20 minutes. We asked for water and were refused. When we politely asked how they were doing, the valet—who had just woken up—answered rudely, saying: “I was sleeping,” and then added, “Better than you.” The receptionist also seemed genuinely annoyed by our late arrival, even though it had been announced in advance.
In the end, we were given very vague directions to our room and had to rely on other guests to find the elevator and our way around.
The next day, we were shocked to see a charge of $53 for valet parking fees. What valet are they talking about? We parked the car ourselves and retrieved it ourselves. The only interaction we had was rude and unwelcoming.
That same morning, we complained at the front desk. How can a 5-star spa hotel not provide water? How can they charge hidden, undisclosed fees for a service that was neither used nor provided?
In short, avoid this place. An unwelcoming hotel, rude front desk staff, and an unpleasant surprise with extra charges.
Limpieza excelente, trato del personal muy bueno , atencion esmerada para que el cliente se sienta bien . la comida super espectacular . Reconocimiento al Chef !
Lo unico que no me gusto fue la calidad del Aire Acondicionado , mi esposa y yo somos latinos, vivimos en Miami y acostumbrados casi el ano entero a altas temperaturas y a un clima super caluroso , por lo que para podernos sentir confortables y a gusto la temperatura para poder descanzar siempre debe de estar bien baja , sin embargo en las dos veces que me hospede y en diferentes habitaciones sucedio lo mismo , en medio de la madrugada practicamente habia que dormir destapados ya que se sentiano muy frio la habitacion , no se si es por inefciciencia del Aire o por otras razones , deduzco que con esas temperaturas en Julio y Agosto se tornara dificil poder dormir a piernas sueltas . No obstante el resto de la estancia fue muy bueno .
El aire acondicionado no enfrió lo suficiente..
Everything the accommodation to the accommodating staff, the valet was friendly and my vechile slept safe, the sheets the pillows the view, the breakfast was fantastic even having gluten free options, the pool was great and hospitality was honestly the best I've had.
So I did not know how to make use of the valet instead of it coming off my card which it did I paid the valet plus tip instead of correcting me, he remained silent and I only learned later that I made a mistake.
Nice pool area, big comfortable room, big balcony.
Far from town, only one small bar/restaurant, charged $48 for parking my car for less than 24 hours.
Staff was exceptional. Everyone was attentive and professional. Spa staff was amazing!!!
Maybe offer a late checkout for enjoy a little more the resort.
Excellent hotel to rest
Amazing hotel. Tomer, our concierge went above and beyond and we even had personalized water bottles waiting for us.!The staff was top notch and they really go out of their way to make you feel special. Can’t wait to visit again.
