Good room, great size and well equipped.
Breakfast is terrible it’s a set menu with 4 options means you eat the same breakfast everyday single day !

The transfer to town was cancelled repeatedly without any compensation. We had to book our own transport 3 times.
There is nothing to do there except Lio beach.
If you are hungry after 22:00 you have no option but to go into town. There is nothing the hotel can do for you. They could not have my wife anything to eat after 10pm not even a bread

Wir haben hier ein paar sehr entspannte Tage verbracht. Besonders zufrieden waren wir mit der tollen Lage in Lio, man braucht nur etwa zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, was perfekt für einen Morgenspaziergang ist. Der Flughafen ist auch in der Nähe, die Anreise ist sehr praktisch. Das gesamte Resort ist von viel Grün umgeben, das moderne japanische Design passt gut zur natürlichen Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist bequem, es ist ruhig und das Bett ist groß, das Badezimmer hat sogar zwei Waschbecken!
Gostei muito da arquitetura e das instalações daqui, com escadas de design cruzado e uma piscina no pátio ideal para relaxar à tarde, mas não há academia. O quarto tem uma cozinha com geladeira, micro-ondas e cafeteira Nespresso (com talheres completos!), o secador de cabelo Dyson no banheiro é muito bom, a cama também é confortável e ainda tem cortinas elétricas! O ambiente japonês em tons de madeira combinado com o verde da janela faz eu querer que minha casa seja assim também! O serviço gratuito de traslado para o aeroporto tornou a chegada muito mais fácil, e fica bem perto!
We spent a wonderful end to our holiday here with a group of friends. This place combines modern Japanese design with the surrounding greenery, making it a very peaceful gathering spot. The room has a small kitchen, so we could easily buy some food and drinks to enjoy while chatting. We also really liked the pool in the middle and walking to Lio Beach, which is just a few minutes away. The breakfast in the morning was good! Overall, highly recommended!
This hotel is exceptional! From the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding. The location is stunning, Lio beach is only a 2-minute walk away, there are loads of lovely restaurants along the beach and the airport is just 5 minutes away. Our room was beautiful (possibly the nicest we’ve ever stayed in) had amazing views of the jungle (and monkeys walking past!). Every little detail has been thought about, even down to the Dyson hairdryer! The free shuttle goes into El Nido town every hour so the distance is not an issue. We also booked our tours and transfers through reception which made the whole process really easy. This hotel has sister hotels in El Nido town and at Nacpan beach which means you can use their facilities for free (sunset at Nacpan is amazing). Lastly, the staff here are so lovely and thoughtful, they really made our stay special. Neil and Joemar in particular were amazing and so helpful - thank you so much for everything!

La sobriété du design. Hôtel très élégant en toute discrétion qui s'intègre au paysage sans le dénaturer. Emplacement parfait par rapport à la plage de Lio Beach qui est très agréable et plus protégée que dans la ville d'El.Nido.
The amenities and details inside the room are top notch. I like that the location of property itself is nestled in one of the eco tourism area in El Nido and the surrounding forest gives the peaceful feel and serenity which you want to have on your vacation . The staff are very friendly and very welcoming especially Sir Butch the Operation Manager who is very engaging to the guests. They also give me a birthday cake and wine to celebrate the occasion, this attention to detail is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Exceptional experience. The in-room facilities are premium — as in Dyson hair dryer, smart sink, Nespresso coffee maker, Japanese toilet, etc! The staff are warm and accommodating. Airport pick up and drop off were hassle free, so were the town drop offs and pick ups. They arranged everything seamlessly- e-bikes, scooters, laundry. I would definitely return to this hotel because of how seamless they make your stay.
The only thing that probably needs improvement is the kitchen. It’s not a priority in most hotels especially smaller ones because guests are usually out all day anyway and this hotel is walking distance to lots of restaurants in Lio beach. But yeah, the only thing if I needed to mention anything is the restaurant.
