Small pool and lots of work around the property
Room nice but no tv or evens phone to call front desk. Excellent restaurant
No house phones and had brownouts daily which generator kicked in but was stuck in elevator after 30 minutes as that did not work and had to press the panic button to open door was scary.

Truly outstanding architecture with huge room with everything needed. A nice touch was no TV, emphasising the theme of relaxation surrounded by nature. There was no expense spared when fitting out the rooms with luxury the focus. Outstanding staff was an extra bonus. We were there in low season and the price was very reasonable for this 6-star luxury. Set in beautiful forest but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will be back.

Tranquil and clean atmosphere.
We had an incredible stay at Piece Lio and cannot recommend it enough.
The Location: It’s located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town to feel like a peaceful, quiet escape. However, getting back and forth is effortless thanks to their free hourly shuttle service to and from town.
The Staff: The entire team here is amazing. They are super friendly, incredibly welcoming, and went out of their way to be accommodating throughout our entire stay.
The Room: Beautifully designed and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. We loved having a private balcony, and the inclusion of drying racks for wet clothes was an incredibly practical touch. The Japanese toilet was also a fantastic premium feature!
The Food: Dining at Calima restaurant was an absolute highlight—the food was outstanding every single time.
One minor thing to note is that there are no TVs in the rooms. While a bit unexpected at first, it didn't spoil our stay one bit. It actually made it easier to unplug and enjoy the beautiful vibe of the property.

E' stato tutto perfetto. Vicino a una delle spiagge più belle (Lio beach), un servizio navetta interno comodissimo, stanza meravigliosa. Un grande grazie a tutti i ragazzi dello staff: Marv, Neil, Ron, Annie e Sherwin.
The rooms were beautifully designed. A very comfortable stay. It was located near Lio beach and the village of restaurants, which made it easy to access all that you needed without making a trip into El Nido town. The staff were very responsive and helpful.
There was construction noise throughout our stay. The pool was small.
Cafe was minimal.

The room was great! Beautiful picture window of the vegetation. Great location steps away from a nice beach and restaurants. The staff was so willing to help with transportation or anything else needed. The complimentary bikes were nice to utilize.
No coffee cart or food directly at the hotel was disappointing. The proximity of the pool right by the front desk was a little bit odd. We were promised refills on sodas and snacks in the mini bar but was not refilled the entire stay.

Room space and amenities
Walking into the room, the full-height floor-to-ceiling window. The light, the wood, the green outside. No filter needed. I posted it and the questions immediately started coming in.
There’s a small pool in the courtyard, but it’s not really a swimming pool in the exercise sense, and there’s no gym. The front desk recommended a gym in town that they said was decent, you just need the shuttle to get there. I ended up swimming at Lio Beach as my alternative.
The hotel is a three-minute drive from the airport, which means you can stay until the very last moment before leaving. And Lio Beach is right there on foot. There’s a small pier where you can watch the sunset and the planes taking off at the same time. That combination is a bit surreal and very worth it.
