Loved the style and spaciousness. The pool was great and we loved the features and facilities in the room. The breakfast was tremendous and the staff were exceptional! The proximity to the stunning beach was a real plus too and there are many brilliant restaurants next to the hotel
Nothing we loved it all
Loved the spacious, clean room with plenty of water daily. The A/C was strong and there was also a ceiling fan. Lio Beach was such a gem, so many restaurants nearby as well as a pharmacy. The hotel staff is super kind and it seemed like they were constantly cleaning and repairing the grounds.
They offer a free shuttle to town on the hour and return service on the half hour-ish.
Liked the ability to communicate through WhatsApp.
They also allowed us to visit their sister hotel in Nacpan Beach to use the sun loungers on the beach and pool at the glamping resort.
While the rooms are spacious, the rest of the hotel is small and without many amenities that I would have thought would be included. There was a small desk to get coffee, beer and pretty expensive champagne during normal daytime hours. There were also tables and chairs where they serve breakfast and where we could wait at other times. There was a small pool right in the middle of all the rooms.
There was no restaurant (I think breakfast must be brought in from elsewhere), no bar, no gym, no laundry facilities, no affiliation with the beach to get sun loungers (there are free chairs though if you’re early/ lucky).
For this price I would have liked to have more proactive staff, asking if we needed anything and refilling snacks daily.
There wasn’t anywhere to dry clothes and towels in the room so would have appreciated a drying rack. Most people kept water shoes outside their doors so the hallways looked messy. There were large gaps in between the door and the frame so we could hear noises easily and bugs could get through.

We had an amazing stay at Piece Lio. The staff is very friendly. The room is quiet, comfortable, and has a lot of amenities. Cris, Par, and Neil are the best! The van driver who took us to town was very kind and funny. The hotel is located within a short walk from the beach and many restaurants. We had a great time!
I gotta say, I've seen some comments that really don't match what my husband and I experienced during our stay in Lio. First off, the staff – they made our stay feel like home (Dan, Mica, Cris, Jonathan... and so many others) – they were so kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are huge and so spacious you could practically live in them. Yeah, there's no TV, but who goes to El Nido to watch TV? Plus, we got tons of freebies in our room, from snacks to wet bags for the beach and a bottle of wine with a gorgeous welcome dessert. The breakfast is nice, basic, but tasty and complete. The pool is a bit small, but honestly, we only used it once in our 5-day stay. You're a 2-minute walk to Lio beach and restaurants. The hourly free shuttle to and from El Nido is amazing. We even used their brother hotel's facilities in Nacpan beach, free of charge. Honestly, I'd totally recommend it.

You are the only hotel that didn’t sensitively consider the complex situation of the war In israel. You insist to give me 2 years voucher but I told you that I don’t know when or if I will arrive to the Philippines, so it doesn’t really help me.
I lost 7000 NIS due to your inconsideration.
Very thoughtlessness
Se vende como un 5 estrellas con estética japonesa. La estética japonesa solo esta en el inodoro japonés y algún detalle mas en el baño. Lo además deja mucho que desear. No repetiría.
Para empezar, llegas a las 11 de la mañana y te dicen que en tu habitación sigue la gente dentro cuando ponen que el check out es a las 10?! Esperas sentado como un imbecil ya que no tienes ni tu bañador para poder irte a la playa. En ese tiempo mis maletas desatendidas que hasta tuve que reclamar un resguardo cuando despues de varias horas me preguntaron varias veces como habia sido mi experiencia en el hotel y a que hora salia mi vuelo. Y que intentaran cargar mis maletas cuando no habia hecho el check in y haber probado su hotel. Mi cara pensando si eran imbeciles era un poema y mi marido bastante enfadado. Despues de horas esperando y reclamar, de repente esta mi habitación lista, que coincidencia! Y para encontrarme una habitación sin television con el precio que pagas, los cajones desencajados y media habitación en mal estado. Y lo mejor de todo, a pesar de constantemente apagar el aire acondicionado, o subir la temperatura de la habitación, lo volvian a poner en modo glacial. De hecho volví de la playa y pensaba que me moria de frio. El resultado, ambos enfermos con tos y fiebre por el dichoso aire acondicionado! Despues, que por la mañana temprano, y me refiero a las 6/7 de la mañana. Que ya den golpes en mi puerta y que tengamos que ver que es la de la limpieza ya intentando entrar, me molesto muchisimo. Cuando pone claramente, no molestar. Y luego con el precio que he pagado, el dineral que me pidieron para un desayuno, que ni puedes elegir y es solo una caja segun ellos. Fue la gota que colmo el vaso. Lo unico bueno, la playa. Que aun tienes andar un rato. No tienen ni restaurante, que tienes andar un rato y hay un trozo sin iluminar. Solo doy gracias que solo nos quedamos un noche. Y que me regalen una bolsa de tela y un peluche no arregla las cosas. Se empieza con una buena atención desde el principio.

Das Hotel hat uns eine geschmackvolle Bettdekoration als Überraschung vorbereitet. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, sodass man Koffer problemlos ganz öffnen kann. Am besten hat uns das Frühstück gefallen – kein liebloses Buffet, sondern ein exquisit angerichteter Teller. Auch wenn der Preis höher ist als in der Stadt, sind das Prestige und die Ruhe unbezahlbar.
Fabulous staff..a small team who know their guests and go way beyond expectations to make sure each guest are comfortable and happy- exceptional place to stay.

Ho portato i miei genitori e hanno adorato tutto! Non serve fare faticosi tour in barca, basta un hotel confortevole per riposare e godersi il panorama. Le strade qui intorno sono pianeggianti, ideali per chi non ama le scale o i sobbalzi dei tricycle. I materassi sono di ottima qualità; i miei hanno detto di aver dormito meglio qui che a casa.
The staff who run this hotel are fantastic. I’ve seldom stayed in any hotel with staff as attentive to their guests as the Piece lio.
Very little to find fault with here. Perhaps a tv innthe bedroom?
