Below expectations.
Pros:

The location is very convenient, most of the staff are nice and welcoming specially at the restaurant.

Cons:

The hygiene in the room wasn’t the best, the water was off at night due to maintenance, which was not communicated until we checked in.

Pros:

The positives include the very friendly and attentive staff. The receptionists were very attentive to us. We really enjoyed the breakfast—a good selection of food—reminiscent of European hotels and service. The room is very spacious and comfortable—it has two rooms, two beds, two TVs, and a space where you can work on your laptop without disturbing other guests.

Cons:

There are no disadvantages. We liked everything.

El desayuno fue un desastre. Una fila enorme. Al llegar luego de una espera de casi media hora en la fila, ya no había vajilla ni tazas. Los huevos revueltos estaban helados. Prácticamente no pudimos desayunar nada
