Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und Informationen zu Öffentlichen Nahverkehr durch einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption -
Gutes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, zweckmäßige und moderne Einrichtung - im Grunde ist alles da, was der Reisende braucht !
Frühstück . nicht übermäßig üppig, aber o.k.
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis!

Parkplätze vorhanden, jedoch teuer.
Busverbindungen abends eher spärlich.

Neues und perfektes Hotel
Pros:

Es handelt sich um ein komplett neues Hotel. Die Lage ist zentral, die Zimmer sind sehr gut, das Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut. Darüberhinaud ist das Personal superfreundlich !

Sehr schlechte Kommunikation, keine Rechnung
Cons:

Trotz das man am Automaten seine Mailadresse eingibt, bekommt man keine Rechnung. Eine Kontaktaufnahme ist nicht möglich. Die auf booking.com angegebene Telefonnummer ist falsch. Auf Nachrichten über booking.com wird nicht reagiert. Für Geschäftsreisende ist das natürlich extrem ärgerlich. Daher für Geschäftsreisen nicht zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Automaten Check in ist eine Katastrophe: mit allen möglichen Codes (Bestätigungsnummer, Name , Email) keine Verbingung, das erging allen Gästen die zur gleichen Zeit dort waren, ebenso! Notfall Telefonnummer funktioniert wegen angegebener Länder-Vorwahl nicht! Dauer der Versuche ca 30 Minuten; schlechte tel. Verständigung wegen Lage an verkehrsreicher ausfallstrasse. In der Zeit läuft die KOSTENPFLICHTIGE PARKZEIT. Lt.Beschreibung „Freie Parkplätze“.

Modernes Hotel, tolle Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, leider Probleme mit der Rechnung für meine Firma

Große saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Parkgebühren , 1 Euro pro Stunde. Check in Automaten nicht einfach zu Bedienen.
Habe nach Rechnung für Firma Morgens an der Rezeption gefragt, ist bis 15 Uhr besetzt. Es wurde mir gesagt, dass die Rechnung Automatisch innerhalb von 24 Stunden per mail zugesendet wird.
3 Tage später noch keine Rechnung bekommen, über Booking.com angeschrieben, weil es keinen direkten kontakt sonst zu finden war.
Bisher einen Tag später immer noch nicht von Hotel Adesso eine Rechnung für Meine Firma erhalten.
