Cheap accomodation in a quite street of Coventry
Pros:

The kit ben and the living room clean and confortabile, the shower

Cons:

The fact that you are obliged to carry out a self check in online that will be finalized only if you you choose if leaving a deposit of 100 £ to be returned on sole discretion of the property or to pay an extra fee as a guarantee for not be charged for possible damages is disappointing and not specified at the time of booking the accommodation.
Regarding the room, it’s quite small and the carpet worn out and not so clean.

A great place to stay.
Pros:

A great place to stay. Quiet house, clean. Well equipped kitchen, nice lounge area. Showers great with fab pressure and hot. Comfy bed. Nice people staying in the house. Location is ok, quiet area, 25 min walk into centre. Easy instructions to gain entry to house on arrival.

Cons:

All good.

Disgusting 🤢.
Pros:

I refused to stay at the property & didn’t even bother entering the room because it was in a horrible dirty location & upon entering the building the stairs & foyer were filthy too & I didn’t feel safe either. I’ve asked for a refund & haven’t heard anything at this point.

Cons:

The pre booking process was far too invasive for such an unmanned & downmarket location. Everything I was asked for risked identity theft which I wasn’t prepared to risk after 8weeks of touring the British Isles & never having been asked for this information at any other accommodation during this time.

Pros:

Nice communication with the owner, well situated between the University and the city center right next to a bus stop. The common space was very nice. Clean bedroom and bathroom.

Cons:

There should be an indication on the house that this was a B&B, it took me some time to make sure I was at the right place. I would have liked a small night table and bedside lamp to feel more comfortable. I had to use the stained deskchair to put my phone and bottle on for the night. I would also have liked to get a soap and shampoo refill and more space/shelves to put my stuff on in the bathroom.

Cons:

They shower was not working and I was blamed for the shower was not working which I didn't like and I had to buy the shower hose and replace it still waiting for the refund for the shower hose
