Nice communication with the owner, well situated between the University and the city center right next to a bus stop. The common space was very nice. Clean bedroom and bathroom.
There should be an indication on the house that this was a B&B, it took me some time to make sure I was at the right place. I would have liked a small night table and bedside lamp to feel more comfortable. I had to use the stained deskchair to put my phone and bottle on for the night. I would also have liked to get a soap and shampoo refill and more space/shelves to put my stuff on in the bathroom.

They shower was not working and I was blamed for the shower was not working which I didn't like and I had to buy the shower hose and replace it still waiting for the refund for the shower hose

The kitchen was lovely .
The bedroom carpet had to wear socks as it was very stained .Couldn't find the hair dryer till the day I left as it was very high and I'm small would be better in a drawer .Need more information maybe taxi numbers as I had a broken wrist olso local eating place's.

The location was convenient
Near bus stop. Walking to town was not an issue. Felt safe. The area was quite nice. The room was large. Bathroom facilities worked well.
Being right at the top of the property.
No tea making facilities in the room. Had to go down 2 flights of stairs to the kitchen.
The other guest tended to slam their doors ( maybe a soft-shutting mechanism needs to be fitted)
It may seem a bit pety, but making sure batteries in tv remote works would have been nice.
