Best room ever.
Pros:

I liked everything, very clean and everything was brilliant.
Bed was really comfortable and the host was easy to contact.
Best booking.com I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at lots because of work.

Cons:

It was a little cold at first but once the heater was on it was nice and warm.

Friendly host nice and quiet stay
Pros:

The location was only 8 minutes from where I was working. Parking was ample, the host was very friendly and helpful. I was able to sit out in the garden when I returned from work it was lovely and peaceful.
The walk in shower was a delight and easy to use!

It was ok.
Pros:

It was clean, seperate doors than owner. Owner was nice in the text messages.

Cons:

The room was cold, and so was the bathroom. There was only one space heater for both rooms. I know it’s portable, but I chose to keep the room warm after taking a shower. Additionally, in the morning I could hear someone walking upstairs loudly enough to wake me up, despite being tired after the trip. The room has a door leading to the rest of the building, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable, as I kept thinking someone could look in on me.

I would go again because of the helpfulness of the hosts.
Pros:

The room was good and the people were lovely and helpful. Had difficulty initially connecting to wifi but soon sorted. The supply of beverages was excellent as were the biscuits.
The shower was really good and hot .
The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The tv only had a very poor signal and the picture was constantly breaking up so not worth watching.
The room had an air fryer but I think a microwave would be more useful. I also think a tea towel could be provided for washing the dishes and to act as a table cover as there was no table for dining so had to eat on the bed.
It was cold and the room was not heated at all.

Useful spot for visiting Leeds
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location for visiting Leeds city centre. There are buses nearby that take you into the city so saving you the need to look for & pay for parking. The facilities were comfortable & bedding etc clean. There is a TV, kettle, toaster, & air fryer provided.

Cons:

The bathroom was quite dusty with spiders & webs. There weren't any toiletries just a small soap. Also, as this room is on the ground floor you could hear every movement upstairs where I think the owners lived. This started at about 6am in the morning.

Lovely room, but a bit noisy.
Pros:

Room was lovely and had been well prepared.

Cons:

It was rather noisy with the immediate family upstairs. Only for this reason I would not stay again.

Very reasonably priced nice room, but be ready to drive if you want to eat out or find a pub
Pros:

Nice room with en suite bathroom. Very reasonably priced. Big ASDA and McDonalds are within easy walking distance, room has fridge, toaster, kettle, and an air fryer(!)

Cons:

Location may be a bit tricky to find, but ok if you have a car with sat nav. This is a room in a house on an estate, fine if you have a car but not much nearby to do, nearby bus stop will take you into Leeds in about 30mins.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely Room very comfortable bed and lovely shower room

Cons:

The television aspect was very poor couldn't get many channels at all because of there being poor reception and no signal
