2 Bedroom Condo Unit near Burnham Park by Zoneville Condominiums

The host doesn’t show up at the time i have to check in i called her many times but she doesn’t answer my call so i look for another place to stay.. after she took my full payment she disappeared.. I thought booking.com is legitimate after this stressful moment i think agoda is much better.. i message the customers service but until now no answer….

The host/owner of the property (a condo unit) is very irresponsible, unresponsive, unprofessional. Here's the story. She did not provide instructions to the property management nor the security personnel as my reservation was nowhere to be found in there system. We'd been trying to reach her upon our arrival (even until the last day of our stay!) but she never answered our emails, calls, texts, and Viber chats.

When we arrived we were informed by the condo receptionist that the unit where we were supposed to stay in is already occupied by another group because of some conflict/overlook on the booking platforms, so instead they were willing to give us a spare unit (from among the units they manage and they will just charge the account of the host) but for 1 night and we need to vacate then, while they try to reach the host/owner of our condo unit. Still, they will try to look for another unit for us for the next day. So we checked out the next day, repacked all our luggage and brought them to the luggage storage at the receptionist office and went out to avail our day tour.

So we were on our trip worried if there will be a room for us at the end of the day. Then when we arrived at the condo, we were told to go back to the same unit for another 1 night only and vacate the next day. Imagine the hassle–unpacking, repacking, moving our luggages in and out but for another 1 night only?

So the next day we checked out again, moved out our luggages, and went out again for part 2 of our tour, again worried if we will have a room to stay in for the 3rd night. Then when we arrived at the condo, we were told that they will put us in another unit, this time in the nearby building!

We were all pissed off, instead of relaxing at the end of a tiring tour, we always had to repack and move our heavy luggages.

This picture was not same of what we had, the room was very wet , stinky smell, towels are faded even if they wash its looks dirty, even the wifi password that they gave its not existing at all.

The toilet seat is flimsy and loose, the door is difficult to lock and tv channels or Netflix was lagging or not working at all.
