Idéal pour les familles, nous vous le recommandons !
Pros:

Très sympas pour les familles, très propre, et personnel très attentif !
L'accès direct à la mer et à la baie de Puntarenas est une merveille au sunset !
Les enfants ont adoré les pirateries, piscine et pêcher depuis le ponton.

Cons:

L'hôtel est vieillissant et manque un peu d'amour... mais l'esprit chaleureux du personnel vous le fait oublier !

Kul, annorlunda ställe precis vid havet. God mat och hjälpsam personal. Roliga inslag bl.a med en pratande papegoja. Man kan boka båtturer ut till öppet hav och se delfiner eller till flodområdet och se krokodiler eller ut till öarna fulla av spider monkeys. Ett väldigt uppskattat inslag på vår resa.

Pros:

Tiene un ambiente familiar y había pocos huéspedes, bien para los huéspedes, mal para el negocio. La ubicación está bien dado que tiene una playa casi privada de forma cecana.

Cons:

No hay Wifi, no hay televisión en las habitaciones, las habitaciones están descuidadas y no hay actividades adicionales en el lugar, música en vivo, actividades para niños, entre otros, de esta forma podrían existir más clientes en el lugar.
Además, no hay un buen control de las reservas, cuando llegué no se sabía como estaba el tema con mi reserva.

The resort was created by the owner travis.it is located 100m from the ferry
The whole place is unique..themed as cross between a pirate lair and the flintstones He also took us our on an amazing boat trip

Falta de seriedad, hice la reserva con bastante antelación y me enviaron un correo de confirmación de reserva, luego faltando un par de días para llegar me indicaron que por error no me podían recibir ya que no tenían espacio y que tenía que cancelarla, lo que me puso en aprietos para lograr una estadía con mi familia en otro hotel a un sobreprecio por la temporada, sinceramente me deja muy decepcionado este tipo de actitudes

Brilliant stay
Pros:

We loved everything about this stay, the location is exquisite, the arty decoration it quirky and fun, the pool, the food.. honestly all 10 out of 10. The pirate theme is fun. We all wished we'd stayed longer.

The photos on booking don't do this place justice. I wasn't expecting it to be the good

Se dio un problema con la reserva, no se si con booking o con el hotel, pero tuve que cambiar de habitación porque a la fecha de la reserva ya no había cupo, pero en booking la reserva si se hizo, hablé directamente al hotel y pude reservar una habitación que no me gustaba tanto, pero es lo que había. una semana antes de la fecha de la reserva me llamaron para decirme que no había campo con booking y yo les recordé que llamé directamente al hotel para reservar la habitación que quedaba, Entonces ya no me siento tan segura de usar la aplicación, me parece que no están debidamente comunicados con el hotel.
