An oasis of grandeur in the middle of the palm fields.
Pros:

We stayed out of season but that didn’t spoil the experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were huge.

We booked one of the pavilions with a private pool. Such a beautiful room with great attention to detail in the design.

The hammam was incredible, our skin has never felt smoother. We floated out at the end of our detox day.

Superb hotel; one of the best Relais & Chateau we have stayed. Room was fantastic - decor beautiful; so much attention to detail. Really good gym facilities also. Stunning gardens. Breakfast particularly good. Staff are exceptionally helpful; couldn’t be more helpful. We have loved our stay

Cons:

Wasn’t able to book for treatments at the spa as no slots available - would benefit from increase capacity; would also benefit from either heated outdoor pool or indoor pool as we visited in an unusually cool week where the weather was mixed including rain.
