Beautiful hotel - perfect for holidays.
Pros:

Breakfast and restaurant were very good. Very good service, friendly and helpful staff - on every level from doorman to waiters. Very quiet place - perfect to relax.

Cons:

Property is quite isolated and about 30 min away from the center/attractions. Uber very tricky in the afternoon/evening but it is possible and easy to book a taxi if needed.

Schöne Anlage, schöne und grosse Zimmer. Luxusgebäude mit kleinen Mängel.
Pros:

Die Grösse des Zimmers. Die bequemen Liegestühle. Der schöne Garten.

Cons:

- Preis/Leistung beim Frühstück. Das man trotz des hohen Preises, des hohen Standards, welchen man führen möchte, nicht auch ein paar Tranchen Lachs im Frühstücksangebot enthalten sind, oder ein Glas Prosecco zum Frühstück.
Wirklich nur Basic's inklusive und viele kostenpflichtige Extras.
- Es macht den Eindruck, man möchte gerne auf einen Luxus machen und dann den Kunden für den wirklichen Luxus (Wobei Lachs und Prosecco in einem 5-Sterne Haus kein wirklicher Luxus sind) noch extra bezahlen lassen.
- Der Pool war nicht so sauber. Der Pool hatte einen zu niedrigen Wasserstand, sodass das Poolwasser nicht in den Überlauf schwappte. Dadurch hatte das Wasser einen grässlichen Fettfilm und viele Haare im Wasser. Ich spreche nicht von der sichtbaren "Verschmutzung" wie Blüten etc. Was ja nicht wirklich eine Verschmutzung ist. Aber die Wasserqualität war wahrscheinlich wirklich nicht gut, da es keine Umwälzung und dadurch immer eine Reinigung hat. Das war "stehendes" Poolwasser.
- Die vielen Tagestouristen, welche relativ kostengünstig in die Anlage gelockt werden und auch noch ein 3-Gänge Menu erhalten. Da werden schon mal die Liegestühle knapp.
- Die wirklich etwas überteuerte Abendkarte.
- Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kamin und das Zimmer roch sehr nach Russ. Immer wenn man das Zimmer betrat, kam einem ein unangenehmer starker Russgestank in die Nase. Wahrscheinlich schon länger her, als hier ein Kaminfeger am Werk war und ausgeputzt hat.
- Anlage/Hotel ist sehr abgelegen. Da gibt es nichts drumherum.

Parfait
Pros:

C'était absolument parfait ! La décoration, le service, les repas, les détails, une réussite complète. Un remerciement tout particulier à Anas qui était très attentionné mais aussi Youssef et Molissinne et tout le personnel de l'hôtel.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
